I have been dealing with vertigo (struck with vertigo? Down with vertigo? Have a bout of vertigo? Have a dose of vertigo?) since yesterday. Bad enough that it made me late for work yesterday and missed it today. It sucks rocks. @sarahs_magicalcreations brought me a piece of lasagne and some plums. Thank you for feeding me! This was a tester from last week. Green beans from @simple.riches that were sweet glazed and blister roasted in the oven. Served with a pan fried skin on bone in chicken thigh from @sanagansmeatlocker. I plan to do this again with fresh Ontario garlic and dark maple syrup.

@aliceschuda Gave me a raised bed in her garden to grow in. This is the first tomato from that bed. It is so beautiful and smells like summer.

Are you heading to @lesliemarket?
These hakurei turnips are from @simple.riches and they were delish.

Check the method:
Wash turnips.
Cut off the greens, cut turnips into quarters or eights.
Brown turnips in salted butter.
Boil 1 cup mini bowtie pasta until al dente.
Blanche a handful of the turnip greens.
Finely chop greens with some spring onions and garlic chives.
I made an impromptu dressing with some heaping spoonfuls of @johnsonfamilybakery in house aioli, @wholesome.deelights pure walnut spread, the minced greens, a couple pinches of a red pepper flake mix the juice of half a lemon, and sea salt.
Place pasta at bottom of bowl/plate, layer turnips on top of pasta, drizzle (or glop) sauce over turnips and pasta! by @tinyafrodite

Still recovering and tired.
