Hi, you might be visiting my profile because I just turned 30. Welcome. I've been a little quiet about this, but I'm leaving Portland soon. Hopefully for good. This next year, I'm going to meet each of my inner demons, take them for a walk and stretch, shake hands with them, and toss them a bouquet of flowers. I won't have any ghosts chasing me down for this stretch of my life. I'm running towards, not away from. If there's anything left to say to me in your heart, write it down, say it now, make peace with me, settle the ground, leave a bed for flowers to grow. Tell me what our friendship has meant to you. Qualities about me that have inspired you, or maybe showed you something new about yourself. Things you learned from me. Treasures you keep that came out of my presence. Favorite memories of us. Things you've wished had gone differently. Things you wish I'd understand about friendship. Hopes for my future. Chances are you've had challenges with me. If you're feeling extra courageous, tell me what those challenges are and how they impacted you—just please ask first so I can mentally prepare. Ask what love asks of you, trust it, and make a connection. We can find courage together. We're really just talking to our own reflections at the end of the day. Send this me off with love, grace, and resolution. 🦋 by @tinybabbu
Reworking of my writing and photos into a swipeable image carousel. Photos from Jun 18, 2026, unknown park. Enjoy. ---- Can we be brave enough and gentle enough to witness pain without the need to fix it, change it, control or destroy it? Are you resilient enough to dance into joy without erasing pain? Would you like to be? How would it change you? What would you be capable of? How could it change the world? ---- #highlysensitive #healing #hope #hopecore #inspirational by @tinybabbu

Going to sleep on time—like being on time to anything—is at least partly a function of a healthy relationship with loss. The better we can tolerate it, the easier it is to let go and catch some Z's. #procrastination #healing #sleeptime #lettinggo #thinkingoutloud by @tinybabbu
Time management: Maybe punctuality is a function of our ability to tolerate loss. 🤔 #lettinggo #healing #timemanagementtips #timemanagement #adhd by @tinybabbu

Ranting about haters. I realize posting this makes me a hater. That's okay. At least I'm honest. #rant by @tinybabbu
