Highlighting some of our merch featuring art and production photos for different shows. We have an absurdly extensive line for the "Shep of Tartar" from A Man Among Ye, the unholy alliance between man and sheep, featuring @azumitsutsui . The mug photos were taken at our morning meetings wherein I am trapped behind a pen with Nick's mean rabbit, and that is because unfortunately we both bite. I keep telling Nick and Adam it's not a good look to put the only female members of leadership in a cage and they're like, these are the consequences of your own actions, please just stop biting. But come on, man. We're not gonna bite again. Unlike the many, many times before when we have bitten for no discernible reason and without warning, we will. not. bite. this time. And Nick and Adam are like, okay, then apologize and do your best not to bite anyone again in the future. But.... like why should me and mean rabbit apologize for our *nature*??? And they're like, it's not your nature it's your choices and uh, it's kind of suspicious that you won't apologize. Kind of seems like you're pretty comfortable biting again and this is turning into a scorpion-frog situation...?And mean rabbit and me are like, ok look. Well it's mostly me but mean rabbit has very expressive eyes, we're like look. We come from the streets ok? And in the streets, you don't "make amends", and "commit to not bite again" ok? In the streets you can't acknowledge that you've ever done anything wrong because those people-?? in the streets-?? They'll never let you forget it, trust us, and they will torture you about it. Trust us. So, we DO NOT apologize and we DO NOT admit we have ever done anything wrong, and that is working great for us. And Nick and Adam are like, is it working great? You're trapped in a pen. And besides you're not in the streets anymore, you're safe and in Nick's nice apartment and we just want to get to the meeting agenda?So anyway we're in the pen right now but hopes are high, we have some very nice mugs and *one of us* likes to knock over the mug and lick coffee from the floor. Thank you to everyone who came to our reading of ECTOPLASM written by Sara Fellini with Japanese translations by Azumi Tsutsui. It was a great night with a lot of amazing feedback that will help us greatly as we plan for our full production in the fall, and we didn't take a single goddamn photo as fucking usual. Anyway please enjoy these photos of the cast before the event, spit&vigor has two dads and a deadbeat mother so no one is photographing our events, ok? It's a miracle we got some shots of the cast, I think someone dropped their phone and accidentally took them. I'm not being fair. Some fathers take a lot of photos. My father took a lot of photos. In fact if you go through our old photo books it's all photos of my mother, interesting insects or lizards, my mother, architecture, and my mother. No children, unless we're fighting or getting into some construction hazard in the background. Happy Father's Day, it'll be the third Sunday in June, now is the time to get a good price on a flower for your father. Yes you should get your dad flowers, some men only get flowers at their funeral, and that's sad. My dad loves flowers, and also these little ballerina figurines I sometimes make for him out of papier-mâché, but he's a really harsh critic of those and has a strict hierarchy of his preferred ballerina figurines, there was a significant drop off after the first few in his opinion and I can't seem to get it back together. I don't think you'd expect that if you ever met him, but men contain multitudes. Anyway hug a man today, if it's safe to do so, be careful out there, and tickets are on sale now for the full production of Ectoplasm at tiny baby blackbox theatre, coming this Fall. Very limited seating. Should we add an exclamation point after "Ectoplasm"? ECTOPLASM! mm... no. by @tinybabyblackbox
