Eight games that actually get Lovecraft, not the tentacles, the dread.

Most "cosmic horror" games just bolt a squid onto a monster closet. These eight understand the real trick: you're small, the world doesn't care, and the worst thing you find is usually the truth.

A few you'll know. A few you probably don't. Sunless Sea is still the high-water mark for writing. Still Wakes the Deep gives you a wrench and a North Sea oil rig and nothing else. Dredge makes fishing genuinely unnerving.
