You may notice a few things have changed around here 🍀

I sat with a lot of feedback from families I’ve worked with, and one thing became really clear: not everyone needs the same kind of support.

Some of you want a plan and the confidence to work through it at your own pace. Others are in the thick of a sleep crisis and need someone right there with you, moving fast.

Not sure which one’s right for your family? Book a free discovery call and let’s figure it out together — link in bio. 🍀

There’s no such thing. What there IS, is a signaller — a baby who’s wired to wake up and tell you about it. Loudly. Often. That’s not a flaw, that’s connection-seeking doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. 💚

The problem is most sleep advice out there was written for self-soothers — the babies who just… drift back off quietly. So when it doesn’t work for YOUR baby, it’s not because you’re failing. It’s because the advice was never built for your baby’s wiring in the first place. 😮‍💨

Swipe through 👉 and let’s talk about what actually helps signaller babies (and their very tired parents).

This is exactly why we always start with Assess in the CALM Method — because the plan should fit your baby, not the other way around.

Know in your gut your little one’s a signaller? DM “FOMO” and let’s build a plan that actually works for THEM. 🍀

“My baby wakes 6 times every night. Is something wrong?”

It’s probably the question I hear most often.

The truth is… the number of night wakings alone doesn’t tell us whether your baby has a sleep problem.

It means before trying to “fix” the waking, we need to understand why it’s happening.

✨ Is your baby’s schedule supporting restorative sleep?
✨ Are they hungry?
✨ Is there a developmental leap or illness?
✨ Are they seeking connection after a big day?
✨ Is there an underlying sleep challenge that actually needs support?

The goal isn’t to convince your baby they don’t need you.
The goal is to build sleep that respects biology, development, and your family’s needs—while helping everyone get more rest.

Responsive doesn’t mean passive. 💛

The difference isn’t whether we change things, it’s how: slowly, one piece at a time, with you right there. If sleep has felt stuck for weeks, it’s often because nothing around it has changed yet.

Start with one thing, think of the ONE change you want to make and send me a DM of what it is! by @tinycloversleepco

The hours aren’t the only hard part. They happen at night, when you have the least left to give. No wonder patience feels thin by 3pm. 💛

None of this means you’re doing something wrong. It means your baby needs more support right now, and you deserve support too. Better sleep doesn’t have to mean leaving them to figure it out alone.

If this is your house, comment FOMO and I’ll send you the link to book a discovery call. ☎️

We’ll look at what’s keeping your baby up and make a plan that keeps you right there with them 💛 taken in NYC by @tinycloversleepco

If your toddler sleep is feeling messy or you want to make a change, that’s okay!

Hi there, my name’s Theresa, holistic sleep coach for your baby + toddler that doesn’t use any form of traditional sleep training (no CIO,Ferber, chairs, ect)!

🌙 Sleep needs shrink around age 2 — long bedtimes usually mean it’s time to cap the nap or push bedtime later, not force lights-out earlier.

🧠 Meltdowns at bedtime = a nervous system asking for help, not misbehavior. Your calm is the intervention.

⏳ 10 minutes of real connection before the routine beats anything you do at the cot.

🛏️ You can comfort and hold the boundary. Gentle ≠ no limits.

🔄 Change one thing at a time and let it land before adding more.

🤍 This isn’t broken sleep — it’s a developmental leap.

Follow for daily, judgment-free sleep support that actually makes sense for toddlers 👣

👻 My Top 5 Sleep Coach Horror Stories 👻

Not because they’re scary… but because I still hear them every single week.

☠️ “You have to do Eat, Sleep, Play.”
There is no evidence that feeding before sleep creates bad habits. Feeding is a biological need, not a sleep crutch.

☠️ “Co-sleeping will ruin their independence and your marriage.”
Sleep arrangements don’t determine future independence. Responsive relationships do. And every family gets to decide what works best for them.

☠️ “Don’t nurse overnight or they’ll never sleep through.”
Night feeds are normal for many babies and toddlers. Sleep isn’t something babies learn through hunger.

☠️ “Newborns must be swaddled.”
Swaddling is a tool, not a requirement. Many babies sleep well without it, and some actually prefer more freedom of movement.

☠️ “Your baby snores? That’s normal.”
This one is genuinely concerning. Regular snoring can be a sign that something deserves a closer look and should be discussed with your pediatrician.

The biggest horror story of all? Parents being told to ignore their instincts because someone else’s “rules” say so.

Your baby is an individual. Sleep support should be too. 🤍🍀

The advice parents get is truly something else. 😅

If you’ve ever reached out for sleep help, you’ve probably heard at least one suggestion that made you think… “Do you really think I haven’t tried that already?”

Most parents aren’t struggling because they haven’t done a bedtime routine or tried a warm bath. They’re struggling because sleep is rarely solved with one generic tip.

Every baby is different, and the right solution depends on why they’re waking or fighting sleep—not just throwing another trick at the problem. 🌿

Follow @tinycloversleepco so you’re not googling tips at 3am again 😅

👇 Now I need to know…

Comment the wildest, most unhinged sleep or parenting advice you’ve been given. Let’s laugh (and maybe cry) together. 😂💚 by @tinycloversleepco
