Never imagined this little microgreens farm journey would lead here. 💚

I’m incredibly honored and grateful to have been recognized as a Congressional 2026 Women of Distinction honoree in the 17th District after being nominated by the town of East Fishkill.

As a small farmer, mother, and business owner, this recognition means so much to me. What started as a passion for growing healthy food for my family and community has grown into opportunities to work with schools, local families, chefs, and organizations throughout the Hudson Valley.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our mission, encouraged our farm, and believed in the importance of local agriculture, nutrition, and community connection.

This recognition reflects all of you as much as it does me. 💚🌱

I am blown away. Truly. For being recognized @hudsonvalleymag best of the Hudson Valley for two years in a row (three times total). I am hardly the best farmer. There are many that have come before me, many amazing growers here right now working in their field and specific industry, and many that are yet to come. There is always a sense of imposter syndrome when you are the first generation or doing something outside of the box (indoor vertical organically grown vs traditional farming).

The most gratifying part of growing food for the community is the connection and meeting all of you. It’s seeing our greens come to life on your plate, knowing that the micros aren’t just adding aesthetic but also flavor and nutrition.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It’s been quite a journey of growth, lessons, and figuring it out as we raise a family, take care of our health, and remember to stay present as much as possible as we celebrate five years of @tinygreensfarm in late November.

Sending good energy your way always.

@hudsonvalleymag thank you for the honor of joining these tremendous women in business (and the women honored before us).

Congratulations again to all the honorees, they are women I truly admire and have enjoyed meeting and being in good company this year.

Thank you @theacademyhvny for hosting this special event in your beautiful venue and thank you @chefchopo for bringing our greens to life in the dishes curated and served. Truly an honor to grow for you.

There have been many challenges, tears, grit, work, joy, love, gratitude, and most of all connection in this journey. I am thankful for every moment - good, bad, or otherwise - that led me here and to all of you.

I am excited to see where Tiny Greens Farm will grow in the future.

Thankfully, I had an AMAZING support team holding everything down while we were gone. ❤️

I may not have been able to fully shut my farmer brain off… (yes I was checking the temps, humidity, and crops on the cameras every day 🤣) but knowing the farm was in good hands made it a whole lot easier to actually enjoy some time away.

So grateful for the people who keep Tiny Greens Farm growing when I step away. 🌱💚

Tiny but mighty, micro arugula packs the familiar **peppery bite of mature arugula** into a delicate, vibrant little green.

🍅 Try it with your summer farm stand favorites:
Top a fresh tomato + mozzarella salad, toss over zucchini pasta, add to grilled corn or summer squash, pile onto a sourdough BLT, finish a garden veggie pizza, or simply drizzle with olive oil + lemon for an easy summer side.

Microgreens are harvested young, giving them concentrated flavor, beautiful color, and nutrient density in a small package.

Our Micro Arugula is soil-grown locally at Tiny Greens Farm and harvested fresh before making its way to the farm stand and retail store locations.

Varieties always rotate for the season so be sure to check in if you have a favorite!

Three years ago, life stopped me in my tracks.

What looked like a small spot on my back turned out to be melanoma, and hearing the words “skin cancer” changed me forever. I still remember the fear, the waiting, the uncertainty, and the overwhelming gratitude that followed when we learned it had been caught early.

So much can change in an instant, and if sharing this reminds even one person to schedule the skin check, ask the question, or pay attention to something that feels off, it’s worth it.

Three years cancer-free today, and deeply, deeply grateful. 🤍
