Fresh loaf of sourdough, 6 minute score ALWAYS!
Toast the bread on a skillet with bacon fat and add cheese to one side
Chicken cutlets with more melted american cheese (breadcrumbs made from my last sourdough loaf)
Shredded romaine, pepperoncinis & red onions with S/P, red wine vinegar, mayo or oil depending on the day

would u believe this was a same day loaf? (Purposefully smaller sized)

Very active starter, mixed the dough at 7am and didn’t bake until 6pm. Not the usual method but perfect for when in a time crunch.

Let me know if you want the recipe/time stamps

Fresh caught blackened Mahi tacos with homemade bacon fat flour tortillas & mango salsa

Tbh this was the day after we caught the Mahi, the first night I kept it super simple (i wanted the fresh fish to be the main flavor) with pan seared mahi & charred zucchini with a lemon butter emulsion

Unbelievable day. Caught 9.5lbs off the coast of Key Biscayne with @buku_bluntz @captainnelsonbillinoffice @kccustomrods
