Latina roots, strong bodies, and good energy. 🇨🇴❤️✨

So proud of where I come from and the culture that shaped me. Loved celebrating our roots while doing something that makes us feel strong, empowered, and alive.

The older I get, the more I realize that being able to move my body is such a blessing. Never taking that for granted. 🥹

Diana & Eliana Latinas & Sculpt class was full of Latina magic 🪄 ✨
Thank you @diana_luzardo for bringing us together. 🫶🏼

First @alconlife Multifocal Masterclass in the books! 👀✨

Such a great evening with the Warby Parker Pembroke Pines team talking all things multifocal contact lenses and getting some hands-on practice in. Such an engaged and interactive group, the perfect recipe for a great night of learning. 🤍

Grateful to Alcon for the opportunity and to Dr @amandananasy for taking me under her wing and being the best co-presenter. 🥹

First one down… looking forward to many more! 👀🤍.

¡Primer Alcon Multifocal Masterclass completado! 👀✨

Yesterday I ran my first 10K. 🥹🤍

I’m learning that I don’t have to be the fastest or the strongest. I just have to keep showing up, putting in the miles, and proving to myself that I can do things I once thought weren’t for me.

6.2 miles may not seem like much to some, but this one meant a lot to me.

First 10K in the books. 🏃🏻‍♀️✨ would not be able to have done it without my partner in crime @jaasmiiineee

And apparently… I’m a runner now.

Ayer corrí mi primer 10K. 🥹🤍

Y aparentemente… ahora soy corredora. 🥹🏃🏻‍♀️

A great one tells a story only your mentor could tell about you 🤍

Still processing this one. 🥹🤍

Had the opportunity to speak to 70 doctors at Alcon’s Connect to Grow Conference in Anaheim (my largest audience yet) talking about something I genuinely love: contact lenses & presbyopia 👀

There’s something really special about getting to stand in a room full of colleagues and share what I’ve learned, what I believe in, and what I get to do every day.

What an incredible opportunity and another little “wow, I really get to do this” moment. Forever grateful for the rooms this career continues to bring me into. 🤍

Till next time, California ✈️🌴

Todavía procesando este momento. 🥹🤍

Hasta la próxima, California ✈️🌴

Aletter to my parents, but I know this story belongs to so many of us. 🤍

To every child of immigrants: our accomplishments carry the sacrifices, courage and dreams of the people who came before us.

Happy Hispanic Heritage Month. 🇨🇴
