30 long years with some of my favorite people….I’ve lived laughed and loved in these conditions. It’s only fitting a Golden turned Golden on 9/30.

Here’s 30 for 30.

1. You will not always be able to live laugh love in these conditions. Live. Laugh. Or love.
2. Find your person and don’t quit on them
3. QUIT on who is not your person early
4. Love is a verb not a noun
5. It’s ok to reinvent yourself. Start a new life. Career. Relationship. Whatever whenever
6. Want to be a parent. There is a book…READ IT
7. Always stand on what you believe in
8. No is a complete sentence
9. Say it loud. Say it wrong. Say it scared. Just say it
10. Go. To. Therapy.
11. Be scared and do it anyway
12. Be alone…6 months minimum
13. Pray often.
14. It’s ok to outgrow people
15. Cheat back 🌚
16. Argue with your friends. It’s healthy discourse.
17. Tell God everything not your friends
18. Shut. The. Fuck. Up
19. Men are dangerous. Stay safe beautiful.
20. Yes people really will spend their entire lives being a hater. Everyone doesn’t have good intentions
21. Be a good person regardless
22. You’re the villain in somebody’s story. Doesn’t mean you’re a villain
23. There’s a villain in your story. Doesn’t mean they’re a villain.
24. Crack a joke.
25. You probably should be his peace if you want peace girl. Yes make that man’s lunch and dinner and wash his dirty laundry.
26. Be in love as many times as you want. No one cares
27. Save your money…seriously
28. Sometimes…you can’t be friends with people not in your tax bracket. You’ll go broke or stay poor.
29. There’s no excuse for out of shape. Take care of your health….AND NO ITS NOT GOING TO PILATES 3x/week. LIFT SOME WEIGHTS AND PUT THRE FORK DOWN DAMN. Your fav body goals got work done and is on a GLP-1.

2025 was the most challenging year of my life. It broke me in so many ways just to rebuild me even stronger. It gave me a village like no other. To all my endings that gave me new beginnings thank you for showing me what being strong really is. New year better me. 😘

Ronald Johnson III. My oldest son. The best little/big brother a girl could ever ask for. I am beyond proud of everything you’ve accomplished thus far and the man you continue to grow to be. Dropping you off 3 years ago (he was a Covid kid) was the best decision we’ve ever made. I’ve witnessed you become the kindest and most insightful version of yourself.
