We had so much fun learning about letter I today. We did an ice cream stand sensory bin and even my oldest had so much fun for hours.

🍦 We used shaving cream and food coloring for ice cream.

🎨 For our puffy paint craft we used equal parts of glue, shaving cream and food coloring. Put it in a ziplock and cut a tiny hole in the corner. Worked like a charm and they loved the texture.

We finished the crafts off with letting her write the letter I in shaving cream. She said it was her favorite so far.

Also if you haven’t read “All the Ice Cream in the Land” book yet, you need to! It’s adorable.

I found the perfect gift for kids learning to use scissors! This is the cutest little set. We love how the scissors only cut paper- NOT HAIR! 👏
This can grow with your child as they start out with straight designs and then cutting and building pieces. The quick win crafts were absolutely adorable! This needs to be on your list. Send those babies to school prepared to use scissors, and let it be less stress on you while they learn! #joycat #joycattoys #kidschristmasgifts by @tinytrotslearn

We learned the letter G today! We love the Gruffelo book. Is there any better way to learn than a cute graft and themed sensory bin?

My girl is turning 10 and wanted a Mario themed birthday party. She wanted sensory jars as her party favor! We made homemade playdoh and added all her favorite Mario things. They turned out so cute! #playdoh #sensory #party #partyfavors #mario

If you are in the Jackson, MS area you need to go check out the @brickconvention today! We had so much fun yesterday. Amazing how many Legos and how much talent is there! If you have a Lego lover this is for you. Don’t miss it!

Also we squeezed in a homeschool history lesson while we were here with the Brick Wars historical collection. So amazing!

I found the perfect book to read to my girls. It was full of beautiful pictures, facts about Autumn and of course crafts at the end. Is there a better way to end a book than to have craft options?!

What are your favorite fall books you are reading this season? Drop them in the comments.
