Here it is! My very cheap nb mx5, thought I’d do a proper post on this since I reckon it’s staying for a while, it’s got rod knock so first step is a new engine! Then coils, a roof (didn’t come with one) and a welded diff. Summer daily?🧐 by @tinytype_r

2025 was spent mostly dailying an itb’d stripped out starlet. Le Mans was magical, then late into the year I got my unit! Then acquired my civic and then mr2. Cars are the best, starlet better, cheers. by @tinytype_r

The starlet performed wonderfully around brands hatch Indy on the weekend. Around 100 miles done on track and it didn’t skip a beat. Worlds best car 🚙 Thanks to @ojsmith.photography for coming along and taking these photos while I was working away at the wheel.

Car is finally looking how I want after driving it for the past year, 5000 miles covered on the itbs and all the issues resolved. New wheels, work equip 01’s on the rear and ssr mk2’s on the front with a lovely pair of r888r’s for the summer too, more coming soon! Stay tuned

It’s been a while, lots of buying stuff and waiting to put it on the car 🚙 new rear wheels, tail lights, fog lights yet to be wired in and the car is currently on coilovers with a stuck ride height collar(super low soon) new front wheels coming soon, all the supporting mods done for a supercharger build down the line!
Cheers and as always, starlet best.

Black bumper appreciation post🫶 it’ll be two tone soon, black on the bottom, funny starlet blue on top. May do a set of fog lights too, more big stuff to come. As always starlet best car 🚙
