Hi, I’m Kim 👋 founder of TinyVoy and mom to two tiny voyagers who inspired this whole thing 🤍

With so many new faces here lately, I felt like it was time to properly introduce myself.

TinyVoy was born while navigating life with a toddler and a newborn. I loved discovering new places with my boys, but quickly realized how overwhelming the search could feel. So I started building the kind of platform I wished existed: curated, kid-friendly adventures that actually feel easy (and fun!)

I wanted families to feel like kid-friendly fun was always right at their fingertips.

Whether it was discovering a hidden gem right down the street, or planning a family trip to the Cape, I designed TinyVoy.com to make getting out with kids feel:

Less overwhelming
More spontaneous
More joyful

And my two boys have been at the center of it all. Their little personalities are woven throughout TinyVoy in ways that make this all feel especially meaningful to me. Their wonder, playfulness, the tiny discoveries, and the pure joy they bring to every adventure.

Cityside Pumpkin Patch is officially OPEN at Island Creek Raw Bar, bringing a little fall magic right into the city.

Expect plenty of pumpkins to choose from, spooky photo backdrops, carnival-style games, a pumpkin smashing zone, and Halloween-themed treats - all without leaving Boston. 👻🍂

We stumbled upon The Hidden Cafe during our recent trip to Kennebunkport - and this sweet little spot deserves to be found!

Located in Arundel, Maine, it has a cute (and fenced-in) playground where the kids can play while you enjoy coffee and breakfast or lunch. Then wander through the flea market to see what treasures you can find. A coffee stop that turns into its own tiny voyage? Yes, please!

Over the past 8 months, TinyVoy has truly become my third child - built during nap times, late nights and lots of real-life adventures with my own two tiny voyagers.

The idea was born while I was navigating life with a toddler and a newborn, wishing there were an easier way to find not just kid-friendly spots nearby, but places that actually felt like the right fit for my crew and were easy to discover on the go.

And so today, I’m beyond thrilled to share that the TinyVoy app is officially here!!!

The app brings together kid-friendly events, activities, restaurants & stays into one simple, easy-to-navigate place - plus, so many fun new ways to explore! Choose filters that fit your family, explore curated picks for your crew, discover local gems on the interactive map and save favorites for later.

Looking for an easy family getaway from Boston this fall or winter?

We recently stayed at The Nonantum Resort, a waterfront, family-friendly stay that feels like a true New England escape — without the long drive.

Our room was spacious with a kitchenette and gorgeous water views, which meant morning coffee for me while Mav watched the lobster boats go by. 🦞☕️

The highlights:
✨ Just a 15-minute walk into town
🔥 Fire pits by the water
🧖 A floating sauna (!!)
🍁 Lots of fun fall decor
🍽️ Dinner right on property at Heckmans Pub
🥞 A HUGE included breakfast buffet (Mav took full advantage of the pancakes + donuts 😂)

And come summer, there’s even Camp Nonantum with tons of activities just for the kiddos!

A sweet little fall voyage 🍎🎃

Just under an hour from Boston, @applecrestfarm is New Hampshire’s oldest and largest apple orchard - and we filled our visit with all the fall favorites.

We picked apples, found the perfect pumpkin, wandered through the corn maze, said hello to the farm animals, and made plenty of time for tractor play. Simple fall fun and sweet memories made along the way. 🤎

Join us on our tiny voyage to Smolak Farms!

There’s a little bit of everything for kiddos at @smolakfarms - climb aboard a wooden train, pirate ship, tractor + castle, then head over to meet the llamas, alpacas, goats, sheep, deer and plenty of roaming ducks + geese. 🐐🚂

Pro tip: bring quarters! There are food dispensers inside the animal area so your tiny voyagers can feed some of the animals themselves.

🍎 Apple picking is also in full swing and their Fall Festival is happening this weekend, September 12 + 13, with live music, hayrides, pumpkins and plenty of fall fun.

And obviously, no trip to Smolak is complete without a stop at the bakery for those legendary warm apple cider donuts. 🤤

TinyVoy tip: fall weekends here can get BUSY. If you’re visiting with toddlers and have weekday flexibility, you can still apple pick, visit the animals + playground and soak up all the fall vibes at a much slower pace.
