Just a small throwback to some of my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA journey so far. From meeting and often training with some of the best in the world.

I was very fortunate to get into BJJ when it was at its grass roots level in the U.K. From studying VHS tapes to attending the first ever Royce Gracie seminar in Europe.

Years later, still training, still teaching and still enjoying.

On a side note, I may have lifted a few weights since I trained with Frank Shamrock 🫣
