I was recently back in NY and got to see my funky community lady aka the editor/ director/ filmer of the My Gaia Disguise series @sabrinakiam and she asked me when I was gonna post this so here it is!!

I had to film some new videos on my own and let's just say it was NOT the same without my girl lol. Struggle city population: one-- me. How do the girlies do it by themselves?!

But yes, more Gaia Disguise is in the oven. 🍞

It's been a minute, but here is the last of the series... For now! Now that @aretestudios_____ has an LA location, I might have to come thru and do some more. 💫

Being on the precipice looking at the valleys of your own despair eventually leads you to choose. Although it took this many visits to the edge, I'm happy to say my valleys are full of flora, spicy pink pepper, bergamot, cedar, geranium, creamy, and musky notes. Buttery sunshine and every shade of green.

In choosing to overcome my fear of myself, I found in me a lush, untouched world. 💌🎍

In Act III of 2025 I lived in my own womb.
I learned to listen to cravings and how to say no-- even to myself.
In Act IV of 2025, my first breaths manifested in existing as myself outside the context of anyone else.
I started dressing in the ways I wanted regardless of my audience and feeding the senses.
It was full of curly Q's and song.
In Act IV, I learned how to walk and breathe,
but it wasn't until the end of the act that
my strides became komorebi and my breaths melodic.

And even since then, I'm not her anymore.

Grateful for this life and the shifts I feel lately. Grateful for who I was the last the last 8 years to be able to move through these shifts the way I am now. She did good. 🤎

To feel awake when you didn't know you were sleeping. Excited when you didn't know you were sedated. To realize you were muted when you thought the volume was turned up.

For me, the sun rises twice now. I deserve without the requirement to earn it and I receive without shrinking.

24 hours in Paris, 1 year apart. I didn't get my kouign amann this time, but I'll be back. And maybe I'll look back and see yet another version of her. 💌🪽 taken in Paris, France by @tionelle
