self tribute 🎂🥳

This past year or so has been one of my best years on earth yet. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a space where I’m genuinely excited about my future while still being very grateful for my past.. until now. The beautiful and inevitable journey.

I’m taking this second to pause and reflect on the beauty and the pain in which life brings and I’m so thankful for each and every experience I’ve had ever, no funny. It made me who I am. it continues to make me. Some days are 3s and some days are 10s but it’s the fact that I have days to begin with. Life is not perfect but it is oh so good. I’m back running(after years of not), back hitting my goals. Back outside a lot more! We peaking over here!

Ok ima stop yapping lol lemme get back to training for this 5K(s)🏃🏽‍♀️
