So many wins, so many blessings. Sometimes I forget to celebrate my own accomplishments because I’ve already moved on to the next goal.

Well now is my toast to myself.
Pics 1&2: I was nominated for best actress at the @blackfilmfestival_neworleans and won! This was my first nomination and first win for film work. I am immensely proud of myself for all the work I did on this little film, Decisions, and I’m immeasurably grateful for the ways in which I have continued to be blessed for all of my efforts ❤️

Pic 3: last summer I returned to the stage to participate in a performance of The Colored Museum. This was very special to me because this play is actually what inspired me to be an actor. I did a scene from this when I was 12 years old at my middle school talent show. That was my first time acting and I never looked back since then. It warmed my heart to be able to come full circle and work on this play as an adult. We were awarded for our efforts by WINNING for Best Ensemble!!

So here’s to me 🥂 for always believing in myself. Congratulations Tish. More to come ❤️

#Trailer 🚨

Very excited to be sharing our trailer for our super talented team!

@tishareiss and @jordanechristie really showed up with these performances. @sadesellers gave some unparalleled direction and @kaitywilliams was impeccable with the shots. @aiahsamba ‘s writing truly shined and made everyone’s job so much easier.

@theepldofficial great job telling the story on this trailer edit!

Thank you to the many crew members who made this operation possible!

One of my favorite things I did this year was pick up a new hobby. I started going to beginner hip hop classes and I fell in love 😍 this was such a challenge for me because remembering dance steps is definitely not a talent I have 😅🤣 but I had sooooo much fun in these classes. I was able to go for about 5 months this year. My goal for next year is to go more than once a week 🫣 and move up to intermediate. taken in Los Angeles, California by @tishareiss

Iceland 🇮🇸

This was the most beautiful place I’ve ever been. The landscapes here are breathtaking and so unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. This trip was exactly what I needed 🫶🏾🫶🏾❤️

Yes, it was cold. Yes, it was worth being cold to experience this place.
