The wolf wasn’t big or bad, just weak. by @tisjourney

An incredible day training and planning world domination with my beautiful client @tisjourney , all the way over from South Africa 🇿🇦

Ti has been through more than most. After years of being seriously unwell, battling anorexia and other major health complications, she’s now finding her way out the other side — choosing health, recovery, and hard training

If you’re into bodybuilding the lifestyle, the process, with or without stepping on stage , you probably know how easily that drive can turn into obsession. There are parts of competitive bodybuilding that aren’t always the healthiest, but for many of us it becomes a far healthier outlet than where that same mindset could have gone

The routine, the discipline, the pursuit of progress. bodybuilding gives so much back when it’s approached with care. Creating a safe space to train and work with people who genuinely love what it gives them is something I’m incredibly grateful for

For Ti, never having a menstrual cycle due to her ED was part of her past and seeing that return last year was a huge milestone in her recovery. She’s kind, hardworking, resilient, and so inspiring

I can’t wait to keep building the strongest version of her ❤️

Check in update from this past week :)

Ngl it’s been quite a tough time at the minute… however one thing that certainly keeping me ticking is my training. I truly feel so motivated within my sessions and I’m feeling a lot more confident in my decision to pursue figure.
Still learning tons (and tons and tons) but I’ve been training like a machine, fuelling up, and most importantly giving my all! Patience and perseverance is the name of the game, and I will continue relentlessly pursuing the goals I have set for myself. Endlessly appreciative of @megsylvestercielen support through it all 🖤
