We all have goals we are trying to make when it comes to our health and wellness making this post for myself and for others so we can all see together that a few pieces of cake a couple weekends of Don Julio and your grandmas cooking doesn’t have to set you back into a relapse of bad habits. majority of the time I ate right but I let myself enjoy foods I don’t eat on a normal basis my mind made me feel guilty sometimes I’d check the mirror after every meal to see if I was visibly getting bigger. It’s okay to enjoy and step right back into routine if your peace of mind allows it your self control must be louder than the food noise or bingeing and old habits will take over unless you are on a strict program or competing etc EAT THE DAMN CAKE and take the shot 😂and lock right back in! by @titanupwithtt
