Today, I celebrate that I have an absolutely phenomenal life partner.

We've been through some tough, sad, hurtful and some very emotional rollacoasters of late. How anyone could think that you are anything other than the most beautiful, kind, gentle and giving human I've ever met, will always and forever be beyond my comprehension.

She's the person with the closest personality to my mamgu Tenby. Anyone who knows me knows, that mam Tenby was a lady that defined goodness and love in every sense of the words!

A rarety in these times indeed.

That's how I know that I am truly blessed.

It's the strength that you have inside that inspires me to keep going. Even now, you are going through what you are going through, but you still give so much of yourself to looking after me in my darkest moments.

Anyone who is fortunate enough to have been around Kerry long enough, or taken the time to get to know her will know the truth in the words above.

Even as she suffers, she cant bear to watch others suffer.
Even when she can't help herself, she tries to help others.

Today my courageous wife, I will do for you what you do for me, because you deserve to be treated with the deepest of love and uttmost of respect ❤️

I now have a triathlete in the house!! Immensely proud of @kerryrobboruns for her effort this morning 😁... Long course weekend... she's coming for you!!

If you listen to the words to this song by my favourite band - @officialalterbridge - the song is the title track on the "one day remains" album.

It's about someone who questions their abilities, just like Kerry does. She's always got kind words and care for others, but never for herself... This is mental seeing as she's achieved so much, and has inspired so many people to run!

Including her own husband, to get off his arse and run a marathon!

Immensely proud of you cariad...

Rome marathon finish line with Kerry ❤️🇮🇹

Thanks so much Alistair Bowen for jumping the railings🤣 & capturing a special moment of me finishing my first ever marathon.

The was made even more special as I crossed the line with my inspirational wife - Kerry Davies

Just out of shot was Ger Man, who flew to Italy especially to run the whole route with us.

What a phenomenal experience
