What SUP on Wilson Creek!

Linked up with some of the @paddlerevelstoke crew and some local kayakers to SUP Wilson Creek!

Some went from 7km I jumped on with the 5km crew and we had a wild ride! Was on my flow state reading and running clean lines with one swim I felt pure joy as my legs did millions of squats on the way down!

Pretty sure this was a SUP first Descent…. If you did it on your feet and want to claim it I’m all good to remove my claim but I’m going to need some proof!

Kent and I have paddled twice together now since our baby was born thanks to family and friends 😍. It is such a gift to be on the water with your favourite person in the world.

Motherhood has been the wildest experience of my life. The most rewarding, hardest, biggest ying and yang ride.

I am soooo grateful for my family and community that has given us so much love and support. Cheers to the beginning of a new life chapter!

Dreamy trip with my Dad and sister. Layered with a bit of sickness stress and low energy levels, we were still together in an unbelievable place.
