After 2 months of go go go, eating wrong and no stop or sleep - my body started protesting. So today’s success looks like this: I’ve slept in till 10am (went to bed at 7pm). I painted in my pajamas. Groomed my dogs…. I haven’t washed my hair mask out for 2 days & i just did a stretch & breath session … just to get back into bed and knit the day away… later i’ll walk myself & the fur children. Experience and impact heightened by location: plaas.

first normalish day in a long while. first day i’ve had time for all my lil daily rituals again - the balance is being restored 🙃

two months of chaos getting back into a new kitchen, with a very exciting and interesting project… and now, finally, back in the paint pit… in a new studio. In true Rosie fashion - it’s obviously in the middle of nowhere.

a lot is new. so much has changed. again. & quickly. what a ride 😂🙃❤️💔🏆

life update and studio tour at a later stage x

🍠 Lunch :

sweet potato, quartered, olive oil.
carrots, bare.
half a bulb of garlic, skins on.
200°C, forty minutes.

local honey from neighbours.
thai chicken spice.
blob o’ peanut butter
don’t forget your well of peanut oil.
gherkins, for edge.

one machine. plonk on plate & smear everything together.

Always moving into new studio’s - forever with the washing machine on go go go. At this point i can’t worry about shooting fancy content and social aesthetics. Will update you with random raw reels…and soon some new work.

Babe being unpacked + random drop from gallery… I have been MIA again - my plan never seems to be THE plan for my life. As soon as i’m heading in a direction my course gets adjusted in the most divine ways… excited to be on a purpose driven path and even more excited to watch it unfold.

I’m settling into my new studio and home & will post more on everything that has happened and what i am busy with. I will soon return to being more present with my art x by @tittybutt.studio

Most of you know Calypso by now…. Excited to get back to the farm in the next 3-4 weeks. Those who know me - know that the farm is my main base/home where all my furry kids are based and i myself as well, 80% of the time.

I’ll only be back there for the month of august so i intend to make the absolute most of it before i return to Cape Town for summer. by @tittybutt.studio
