You’re not any less of a man if you don’t pull the trigger, you’re not necessary a man if you do.

I was on TV! Had a fantastic time on the @kellyclarksonshow for today’s episode (4/30/25) where I brought Kelly and my favorite comedian Bill Burr to commercial break (watch all of slide 2!) using my words, revamped by the producers so they can be appropriate for the million of viewers watching live. I was even used in the promo! Thank you @talbelli for the opportunity, this was an absolute blast! Next up, HBO! @wilfredburr @kellyclarkson taken in Radio City Music Hall by @tjcoolness

Nearly a month ago @willsmith announced a very intimate concert show for 2 nights in San Diego. This man hasn’t done a concert in years, let alone in such venue that could fit about 1,000 people. The moment I found out I didn’t hesitate to plan my trip, flying from NY. Of course I had to come prepared by wearing everyone’s favorite cosplay, the fresh prince of bel air.

With no idea what surprises would come to my trip, I hung around the venue and ended up getting invited to VIP. As VIP was only promoted as a soundcheck, I walked in and it was insane seeing one of my favorite actors/artists/entertainers of such popularity hanging out with the 20 or so people beforehand on the floor. Of course Will loved the fit and we got to chat, and he signed my “Big Willie Style” vinyl record, a record that means so much to me. Then he put on a killer show. As a huge fan of someone who was number 7 on my Apple replay this year, it was great seeing a man who’s clearly still in love with his hip hop craft, let alone someone who’ve I’ve watched on TV for years performing right in front of me. Night 2 I was lucky enough to get VIP again (literal pure luck) and the same thing happened. He was out there talking to everyone. He remembered me from the night before, pointed me out and gave me a big hug, and I made him laugh by bringing one of the best movies of all time “Wild Wild West.” Told him I have a flattop largely because of him, and that’s when we took the pic in slide 2. Then I watched him perform his show again.

Everyone who knows me knows how much of an influence Will had on me in terms of music, creativity and as a person. Always dressing in wacky clothes like Fresh Prince. Always tries to stay positive in a situation with a lil bit of sarcasm. Always laughing, joking and trying to make better of a situation. The fact that the opportunity was there and I reached for it, and it worked in the end. This was years in the making, and everyone who knows me knows this too. (Where does tjcoolness go from here?!) So always manifest your destiny and have a positive attitude. Take risks. Cause you have no idea where you’ll end up.

And GET JIGGY WITH IT!!!!!

I’m 23 now, will I live to see 24? The way things is going I don’t know.

Had a great birthday month in June. Always open to new opportunities at this stage in my life. Never say no to anything. Unless it will kill me. In that case I say no. For obvious reasons. Still the same guy I’ve been my whole life.
I love my music, I love my pop culture. I try to be nice…. by @tjcoolness

Dr. Peter Weller, star of one of the best (and one of my favorite) 80’s movies ever ROBOCOP! Awesome guy to chat with as we talked about jazz playing and his upcoming role in the Cliff Booth (once upon a time in Hollywood) film…

Also a surprise Daft Punk appearance cause why not.

We actually exchanged faces for this pic. He insisted on a “Face-Off.” What a national treasure. (We told him that btw…and I told him thx for Vampires Kiss, one of the greatest movies of all time.) NICOLAS….FREAKING CAGE.

RINGOOO! When a beatle comes to your hometown and you wonder if you should get tickets… u say yes. At 86 years old I witnessed a man do 20 Jumping Jacks, after singing and playing the drums, along with his “all starr band” including the lead singers of Toto and Men At Work. Hearing “Africa” live (not by Weezer) will change your life. The highlight was the concert ending at 9pm. Usually concerts start at 9pm for me! And I was able to get to my bed soon after. Thanks Ringo. ☮️ & ❤️

I watched icarly every Saturday night for new episodes when it aired in the late 2000’s. Not to mention loved watching anything and everything else he was on… @jerrytrainor was and still is, the man. Fun to meet and chat with the man who gets compared to Jim Carrey…. while dressed as Jim Carrey, as we discussed movies and music (I’m still amazed he’s an MF DOOM fan). He insisted we take many many photos. No disappointment from hanging with CRAZY STEVE. 😝

Everyone that knows me knows that SUPERBAD is my absolute favorite movie of all time (and yes I attached my OG Regal name tag from 5 years ago as proof). So you don’t know how stoked I was finding out that Mr Mclovin himself aka Christopher Mintz-plasse was at the @tampabaycomicconvention con. Even had him sign my foreign Superbad dvd I got from my Japan trip last year! Super cool guy, super great conversation. Nice chatting with you @mintzplasse!

Also features: some of the cool cosplay I saw at the con!

First time in Florida, obviously for the @tampabaycomicconvention… (return of the mask)… loved meeting the awesome “Hot Donna” @lauraprepon who was just cool as her character on that’s 70’s show. Reminisced over a TV Guide I brought that I found on eBay, living on the east coast and of course had to hit her with the hard hitting questions like “did you eat actual food when on set” (the answer was yes). I binged 70’s show for the first time in order a year ago and it instantly became one of my favorite sitcoms. Great conversation, thanks for the laughs!

Back in 2016 I helped co create and lead what has now become (in my opinion) a massive success for the school, the neighborhood and the comic book community. Thanks to (besides myself), Advisor Mr Grossman and the FH comic book club to continue to make the @foresthillscomiccon a success! This year was our biggest in terms of attendance! 9th Annual! Slide 10 shows how busy it got the moment we opened! We’re gonna have to do something big for the 10th!

I need to thank John R Dilworth @spacemandilly… wonderful animator, person and creator of Courage the Cowardly Dog for taking a chance on coming to our show this year. I’ve been trying to get him for years and scheduling finally worked out! He did not disappoint with his appearance as his table had fans nonstop throughout the day. Was wonderful seeing him get the love he deserved from scaring all of our childhoods with Courage!

I moderated a panel with the wonderful voice actor @thetonydaniels that was a lot of fun, and I recorded it so expect a blog or video on that coming in the near future! Interviewing and journalism are things I’m working to be in the future, so I always get a blast getting to ask questions and being able to control a room, while making sure the guests get the spotlight. @youractingteacher Thomas G. Waites from one of the best cult classic films “The Warriors” and “The Thing” was also great to finally meet as we spoke about music and film. Was also great re seeing some wonderful friends that I’ve made over the years from doing this event. What a fun day!

RUN DMC have done so much for the culture and the fact we’re out here celebrating the 40th anniversary of their biggest album Raising Hell proves it. Loved getting to hang with RUN DMC themselves. As a hip hop nerd, having a pic with both of them just feels… iconic. Always great seeing DMC (who pointed me out in the insane crowd in slide 4 haha) but this time I finally got to meet @revwon! DMC introduced me to Run by saying “we know each other from comic con” 😝
