This month wassssss… something. Had its ups… and downs… definitely a lot of downs. But hey, I got my nipples pierced, so that cures everything, right? 😀 On a real note though, I wouldn’t wish mental illness on anyone. It truly is so draining being so depressed for literally no reason, knowing what you need to do to get better but physically not being able to do those things, losing interest in things you use to love, feeling so numb to everything around you. And being so anxious all the time, you struggle to go and do things, to have fun even if you’re with friends, or cancel plans last minute because your thoughts are consuming you! Anyone who struggles with mental health, just know you aren’t alone. I see you and will forever be a safe place for you to land if you need 🫶🏻

Going into August, I’m not chasing the light at the end of the tunnel but rather not dimming the light that’s inside me so I can illuminate the tunnel. Here’s to August being better, college being right around the corner, and honestly, I couldn’t be more excited to start this new chapter!! 🩺⚓️

August Goals Checklist:
Consistency (get back in the gym + running 🫡)
Enjoy life (especially the little moments)
Face my anxiety 2x a week (best way to get over shit is to face it)
Make a SHIT ton of money (this one we are definitely manifesting)
Drag myself out of my house even if it’s hard
Not dimming my own light

Haven’t posted in a year… but here’s June! Got to go to Electric Forest and Pride and had an amazing time at both! The past year, so much has changed, and as up and down as it has been, I couldn’t be more grateful! There is still sooo much left that I have planned for the rest of this year, but as this past year has proven to me, growth and comfort don’t coexist! Anyways, might post next month, might post next year…. who knows? 🤷‍♂️
