Even though I know it’s not goodbye forever and that you’re finally resting easy, i’ll never stop missing you.

I love you Mom.

USAPL Summer Showdown

8/9 (jumped commands on my first bench 😅)

Squat: 490 (+11)
Bench: 281 (+6)
Deadlift: 446 (+17)
Total: 1218 (+33)

For a quick fun meet with 3 weeks of prep pretty happy with a 33lb total pr - even more excited to do a full proper prep and push myself harder next time
