aug - oct has absolutely flown by & i've made so many brilliant memories.

- celebrating @stephlord_ and @freddiemarryat1 wedding, one of the gals described me as a "shooting star". made impact, shined bright, in bed before midnight (10:30 if I'm being so for real)
- seeing haim for the 5th time in cardiff with mum @nat_smiffy_ (thanks for the new shiny white trainers – mum, not haim)
- gals trip to Norwich for the weekend filled with mystery, history, beers, and a surprise piercing. thanks @nancypaladina & stace for a wonderful weekend – nance also finally got to live her dream of touching a capybara!! i also managed a catch up with a high school friend i've not seen since (congrats again on the baby @alexawynn!)
- budapest with the budabest, filled with good food, good company, and all the belly laughter in the world. ily my grotes @milliconcarne @annacole100 @islalucy @nancypaladina and may our adventures & giggles continue ever more
- celebrating the marriage of the ever fabulous @_allie.nicholls_ and her handsome husband @_calw_ . thanks again for having me guys, and i'm so glad that allie and i met on that fateful night in FIRE, vauxhall 4 years ago
- english heritage trips to audley end house and grimes graves (not pictured)
- more misc wedding pics, of old & new friendships that i'm honoured to have

of course this is all the good memories made because this is social media lol but it's also been a difficult few months. i'm choosing today and everyday to be grateful for all the people that i have in my life that build me up and support me through.

thanks to each and every one of you who's listened to my woes, talked me down from spirals, and continues to bring out the best sides of me when my brain can be my own worst enemy. much love xxx by @tjsmiffy
