AAU 17U… this season I’ve seen you learn what being a leader is, gain confidence in your game and bump your head. Every practice and tournament you showed up for yourself and your team. Hurt and all. 💪🏾 I’m proud of the young man you’re becoming. Keep working towards your goals and have faith everything will work out. I’ll be there every step of the way.
Thank you to the organization and Coaches who believed in TJ and allowed him to grow. 💙🖤

It took me a few days to come up with the right words. Son, I am so proud of you. On and off the court. On the court you do whatever you can (or allowed lol) to help the team win. You understand it’s not about you but about the team. Rather you are rebounding, getting on the floor for a loose ball, getting a career high against the rival school or on the bench cheering, you go all out 100% naturally. The passion you have for the game is unreal to see up close. You are genuinely an awesome soul! This wasn’t the outcome we set our eyes on but the goals you have accomplished in such a short amount of time is something you can be proud of. I just want you to know it’s only up from here! Keep working and you will shine! Off the court you have the heart of gold, I see how you’re a great friend, a helpful big brother and a son that I can’t live without. From you encouraging a bro or offering to help a stranger with her bags. The man you are growing into is such an honor to watch. I love you more than you will ever know. #Fordtough #MGMgainz #DVille ❤️💙
Now time for your Last dance with AAU! Let’s goooo 12! 💪🏾🤞🏾❤️🙏🏾 taken in Duncanville High School by @tjthesequel
