Kicking off 2026 beyond grateful. 🙏
What started as a love for the Bears–Packers rivalry turned into a moment we’ll never forget — together, on CBS 2 Chicago, surrounded by community, faith, and family.

Coming back to F45, I once wondered if I had more to give… and God said, “Just watch Me work.”
This moment belongs to every person who believed, supported, and showed love ❤️ for us along the way.

S/O to the CBS 2 Chicago News team, Marissa Perlman, and my first-ever fitness client Jeff Langan for making this full-circle moment possible.

Grateful. Humbled. Just getting started. 🙏💚🧡💙💛 🏈 🧀 🐻 taken in F45 Training DePaul by @tjv11

Happy Sweetest Day to my favorite person, my love, and my best friend. ❤️🥹 You make my life sweeter in more ways than you know, and I’m so grateful to have you by my side. Through every high and low, every lesson, and every dream we’re working toward, I wouldn’t want to do life with anyone else. Watching you grow, chase your goals, and become the man you’re meant to be makes me so proud of you. I pray God continues to bless you, guide you, and protect what we’re building together. Here’s to more love, more memories, more laughs, and the beautiful future we’re working toward. I love you more than words can explain, Trevor. You’ll always be my favorite person. 🥰❤️🔐 by @tjv11

Over two years of being your newest play uncle and I’m still not sure which one of us acts more like the kid 😂💙
.
Falling in love with your Auntie brought you into my life, but getting to build my own special bond with you has been a blessing all its own. You probably won’t even remember every little moment we share at this age, but I’ll carry them with me as you grow. Someday you’ll be too cool to hang with us, so I’m soaking up this chapter while I can… and keeping these pictures as evidence that we were cool once 🤣📸
.
Cheers to more adventures, more laughs, and more convincing Titi that a spending the night or us always coming over to play with ya is absolutely necessary week after week😂 Keep dreaming big and most importantly always being yourself, buddy.
.
As you grow, you’ll always have love, support, and a play uncle in your corner—ready to cheer you on or join in on the fun.
.
You forever have a friend in me 🥹

I carried an old version of myself for a over half a decade, even after life urged, recommend, and eventually forced me to outgrow him. Letting go was difficult, hard, emotional 🖤 and still challenging, but through every victory, hardship, lesson, and memory, I’ve begun to embrace who I’m becoming. Growth isn’t about abandoning who I was—it’s honoring still knowing that I’m him while making room for who I am now. Each step, scar, and joy deepens my reason as to why. 🧡 🍊 🫶🏾 taken in Orangetheory Fitness Carol Stream/Wheaton North by @tjv11
