5 things we believe you need to succeed at TK27:

Gratitude.
Consistency.
Discipline.

Patience.

You don’t need to be the strongest in the room. You don’t need to be the fittest. You don’t need to have it all figured out.

Turn up. Do the work. Be grateful you get to do it. Stay disciplined when motivation disappears, and be patient with the process.
