This afternoon, some of our fraters participated in the Bama Runs for Breast Cancer 5K. Breast cancer affects millions of families each year, and we’re proud to support a cause that impacts so many. This year’s event raised over $50,000 to help support patients through treatment and raise awareness in the fight against breast cancer. by @tke_bama

This past weekend, four of our fraters had the honor of representing Omicron-Xi at TKE Conclave 2026 in New Orleans.

Throughout the conference, they attended leadership sessions and connected with fraters and alumni from chapters across the country. In addition, our Prytanis, Gibson Cheney, was awarded the Top Teke Award. This prestigious honor is presented annually to one of the nation’s top senior Tekes in recognition of outstanding performance and dedication to Tau Kappa Epsilon. The Omicron-Xi Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon is proud to congratulate Brother Josh Rennekamp on his induction into the 113th Class of Jasons Men’s Honorary Society.

Each year, Jasons recognizes the top 40 rising senior men on campus for their leadership, scholarship, character, and involvement. Josh’s selection reflects his impact both within our chapter and across the University of Alabama community, where he currently serves as Director of Community Outreach for the IFC.

Pictured alongside him is Brother Kurt Ruedy, a member of the 112th Jasons Class.

Congrats, Josh! by @tke_bama
