It’s hard to become a woman you’ve never been when nobody around you is becoming either.

You want more. More money. More discipline. More out of your gifts. More out of LIFE.

But becoming her gets lonely when you’re doing it by yourself.

You need women around you where growth is normal. Trying is normal. Making money from your gifts is normal. Women who will pray for you, encourage you AND hold you accountable.

Because sometimes the reason you keep falling back into the same version of yourself is simple:

You keep trying to become HER in the same environment that created the old you.

My mentor always says, “Your biggest blessing will walk into your life on two legs.”

Girl… you need some new women in your life.

I used to get to the end of a week, look at everything I didn’t accomplish, and immediately think, I need to be more disciplined.

But as a Type A woman, discipline was never really my problem.

Something my mentor taught me completely shifted the way I run my life and business: women with full lives don’t have the luxury of only planning one week ahead.

When you’re building purpose AND you want to be present as a wife, mother, friend, and woman… you need to be thinking further ahead.

Maybe your breakthrough isn’t another productivity hack. Maybe it’s planning your month instead of your week. Having meals figured out in advance. Knowing what you’re creating before it’s time to create it. Making decisions early so you’re not constantly living in reaction mode.

Proverbs 31:25 says, “She can laugh at the days to come.”

There’s a confidence that comes from being prepared.

So on this Sunday prep day, what can you do tonight that your future self will thank you for this week?

What if the reason you’re struggling so hard to create MORE… is because you’ve been convinced that what’s already inside of you isn’t enough?

Another certification.
Another degree.
Another skill.
Another idea.

Meanwhile, you’re sitting on YEARS of knowledge, experience, wisdom, lessons and gifts that could be helping somebody right now.

The Bible says your gift will make room for you.

But sis… you have to release it.

That’s what I teach women to do.

Take what you already know.
Package it into a digital product.

Put it in front of the people who need it.
And see what God does when you finally stop burying what He gave you.

You don’t need to know everything.

You need to multiply what’s already in your hands.

You know God called you to it.
You know there’s more in you.
But what are you doing every single day to get better at it?

What skill are you sharpening?
What weakness are you overlooking?
What part of you keeps getting excused instead of developed?

Because being called doesn’t automatically make you good at what you’re called to
do.
And I think sometimes we hide behind “God called me” when God is waiting on us to study, practice, develop, learn, and become excellent.

So here are the questions I want every woman to ask herself:

What could I be sharpening every day?
What am I overlooking within myself?
And am I actually committed to becoming successful at what God called me to
do?

Because your gift may have gotten you started.

But stewardship is what determines what you’re able to do with it.

I don’t think we talk enough about the fight between being present and becoming.

I want to be the mom who’s available.
The wife who isn’t always working.
The friend who actually has time.
The woman who can sit down and enjoy her life.

But I ALSO want to see what happens if I fully become everything God put inside of me.

And if I’m being transparent… sometimes those two desires feel like they’re fighting each other.

Do I slow down or go harder?
Do I enjoy what I have or build what I see?
Do I rest… or is this the season to RUN?

But I’m starting to realize maybe God never asked me to choose between presence and potential.

Maybe He asked me to stop deciding the pace.

Because sometimes obedience looks like slowing down when everything in you wants to speed up.

And sometimes obedience looks like MOVING when you’d rather stay comfortable.

That kind of life requires something we don’t talk about enough: Stillness.

Being close enough to God to know when He’s saying go… and secure enough to obey when He says slow down.

I don’t believe the life we desire is impossible.

I think we just have to stop trying to outrun the One who knows exactly how to get us there. 🤎

I can teach you how to be softer, slow down, receive, rest… all of it.

But you cannot create a soft life with chaotic rhythms.
Sacred flow means I PROTECT what matters. My time with God.

My home. My body. My friendships. My marriage. My purpose. My REST.

Because ease doesn’t mean I have no responsibilities. It means my responsibilities no longer get unlimited access to me.

There is a rhythm that allows you to create, keep your home, spend time with people you love AND have room to breathe.

You can have a full life without living a rushed life.

And I believe part of becoming the woman God designed you to be is learning to move at a pace that doesn’t require you to abandon yourself to maintain it.

That’s Sacred Flow. 🤎

A happy marriage should NEVER require you to disappear.

You can love your husband deeply, enjoy your marriage, and still be a woman with desire, purpose, identity, and something God put inside of you to produce.

And that’s the conversation more wives need to be having.

Because women in purpose don’t make worse wives.
They become more whole ones.
