Thanks Dolly ✨ Recently I keep hearing people say… “Life is so expensive.” “I want to travel more.” “I want more freedom.” “I just want more time.” And honestly… I get it. Everything feels more expensive these days, and sometimes it feels like we’re all working harder just to keep up. But I think there’s also a shift happening. People are starting to realise that life can’t just be about working, paying the bills, saving what’s left and waiting for the next holiday. We want experiences. We want memories. We want more time with the people we love. We want to see more of the world. We want a little more freedom. Because what’s the point in being so busy making a living that you forget to make a life? And no, I’m not saying quit your job tomorrow and book a one-way ticket to Bali 😂 But maybe it is worth thinking about what your version of a good life actually looks like. For me, travel is a big part of that. As a teacher I get it! It’s the most frustrating thing paying double even triple the amount for a holiday that if it was a matter of weeks before it would be a fraction of the price 😅 I used to accept that it’s part of the job and it’s always going to be like that! However, I’ve learnt it doesn’t have to be this way. There are options to still holiday in all the places you want BUT not pay over the odds✈️ If you’re a teacher , I see you! My online business may look different to lots of others. I work it in small pockets of time because I am busy, I work a lot and have a busy lifestyle ( which I wouldn’t change!) My business is hard work but I know it will be worth it! For everyone I help create a holiday memory for, or a person I help set up their own travel credentials and allow them to make extra choices, or even when it helps us, go away more or pay for things for our wedding. I get the most amazing feeling, I LOVE it! I’m not here to show you a complete life of freedom, working from anywhere and everywhere because I don’t have that! I have my crazy life and my business fits with that! And it will create me options as the future unfolds and I can’t wait to see where it takes me ✨🫶 Equally, I don’t want to just be defined as a teacher and TK Travels has allowed that for me too! Hi 👋 I’ve got a lot of new followers recently so I thought I’d welcome you all! Travel has always been one to the things that makes me the happiest. I love discovering new places, experiencing different cultures and getting that feeling where life slows down for a little while and you can just… breathe. And that’s really where TK Travels comes from. I am full time teacher, I actually teach 6 days a week as I teach for my gorgeous theatre school too. Windmill! 🎭 I love to travel, Menorca is my favourite place on earth and will be forever. I am building TK Travels around my career to allow me to have more options in the future. I want to help people travel more, help those who love to travel discover the opportunity to build something of their own. I am also not pretending “I’ve made it” and creating a picture perfect Instagram.
