My dad was an expert tailor & entrepreneur. He was a lover of books and music & a vegetarian way before it was cool.

I've never seen this man wear a pair of jeans in my life🤣🤣🤣
My dad was prideful ... so much so that instead of telling me how sick he really was, he allegedly told people who claimed to be his friends.

Those "friends" Kenneth Heath, June Daniels and Connie Rose falsified documents and created a narrative that my father wanted nothing to do with his family. They even sent me a video of my dad on his deathbed hours before he left this world giving Ken Heath permission to sell all of his things. When we finally got into my father's house everything he owned had been picked through by Connie Rose.

It had already been devastating dealing with the loss of my father especially since a month before his passing we talked about him coming to visit me.

But these wolves in sheep's clothing took advantage of my dad before he passed away and it is heartbreaking and disgusting.

The proper authorities have been notified and I only hope that justice will be served and if the system doesn't do what is right; I pray to God, The Universe, Allah, Yahweh that those who were involved in this treacherous act will feel the pain they have put my family through 100 fold.

With all that being said a few things:

1. PARENTS: please tell your children what is really going on with your health. You not wanting us to worry doesn't serve either of us.

2. Family members: Watch out for the strong people in your life. Meaning often times they won't ask for help and this is how snakes slip in.

It has been a little over 2 months that my father has passed away still not knowing what he officially passed away from. It is all very surreal and sometimes I think I'll wake up to a phone call from him.

I will never hear his voice or listen to him talk about all his business ideas; the great Cali adventure will never happen. (And boy did he have a to-do list)

I'm thankful for my family & friends they gave me strength.

Was anyone else deprived of riding the little park swan boats as a kid? I was, so we decided to use our adult money and recreate this childhood dream. I now totally get why my mom said no... my legs HURT 😂😂😂

Thank you to everyone for all the birthday wishes, texts, phone calls, love, and support. I appreciate you all so much. ❤️

I’ve been doing my birthday get-togethers like this for the past three years, and one of my favorite parts is always seeing who shows up. Different people, different conversations, different connections, and somehow it always comes together.

And even though I AM a Leo 😂♌️, I don’t do these gatherings just to make everything about me. I know so many dope people, and I love creating a space where everyone can connect too, whether it turns into a friendship, a business opportunity, a collaboration, or simply a great conversation.

Every year brings its share of ups and downs, and this year has definitely been no different. But through everything, I keep pushing, keep showing up, keep learning, and keep growing.

I’m grateful for my friends, my family, the people who continue to support me, and simply for the ability to keep going and see what this next chapter has in store. 🙏🏾❤️

Special thank you to @celiasranchorestaurante for another great event, @Slevins_darkroom for capturing the moments, @sarahtherebel for helping with the social media content, and everybody who came out to celebrate with me.

Do you make time for fitness in your travels? Last weekend included a hike, a walk, peddling a swan boat and a hiit fitness class... and honestly it makes all the yummy vacation food taste even better 😅😂

If you’re heading to Georgetown, Guyana, South America, add @somahotelrestaurant SOMA Hotel, Restaurant and Lounge to your list! The staff was amazing, the food was great, the gym had everything I needed, and it was close to downtown and everything else. Plus, the air conditioning was perfect and not one mosquito attacked me in my room! Baby, that alone deserves five stars because everywhere else, those mosquitoes had their way with me. I cannot wait to go back!

Got to go back to where my mom is from, beautiful Guyana 🇬🇾 ❤️ And yes, Guyana is in South America, not Africa 😂

This trip was way too short, but I had SO much fun. The food was amazing, the vibes were great, and the nightlife was POPPING! 💃🏾

There’s so much more I want to see, eat, and experience, so this definitely won’t be my last trip. More Guyana content to come, but I already can’t wait to go back! 🇬🇾✨
