First workout since the end of January… my grandma was with home hospice and started to decline and needed more help than my mom could handle. She passed away 2/20. Celebrated my 40th on 2/22. Got sick again in March and it lasted 3 weeks… my boyfriend’s dad has been having some health issues as well… here’s to hopefully getting back on track 💕 by @tle_tiffany

First workout in almost a month… my plan was to get back at it on the 15th but I ended up getting sick and I’m still not 100% better but it felt good to move today.
