March 1, 1936, God blessed the world with my grandma. Celebrating her heavenly birthday how I know best, through song and dance and praise, and by showing off her legacy. Look at the beauty that came from her. All the seeds you planted, Mafifi. Weโ€™re blossoming in your honor. How amazing. Well done, my girl. ๐Ÿค by @tloui

Health is Wealth, and we never take it for granted. A wellness practice started by Dr Lisa 4 years ago continues, we start every day with a mindful yoga practice. We teach our youth to ground theirselves before tackling the day. When one can center themselves on their own, they are set up for success. We were so grateful to have @tloui in community with us to continue the practice! by @tloui

Year 6 of Camp Agri Art was a special one! This yearโ€™s return to Camp Agri Art was special. Our founder returned after a year medical leave and returned with new croissant volunteers from @thehaitiancroissant With Love, from Okap retreat. The mission: empower our youth through agriculture, arts and wellness programming. This year we had the pleasure of having Farmer Robenson, who gave a great lesson on nurseries, pollinators and the importance of continuing to grow trees. Our community garden finally has a permanent home and we cannot wait to see it thrive. We welcomed our @sidepresents friends and they brought goodies from our wellness fundraiser, Chay Pa Lou with @lululemon ! Every one of our campers went home with a new backpack and water bottles for the school year. Our youth have grown with us and continue to amaze us annually. We are grateful to all hands involved who help us make a difference. Your generosity has allowed us to send all 30 children to school for free for the 2026-2027 new year and paid off medical expenses for our high risk campers. As always, remember - Nou gen anpil force! Men Anpil, Chay Pa lou by @tloui
What song puts you in creative flow state? When we launched Art Girl Walk Club, we shared playlists for your walks because music has always been one of the ways we find peace. In honor of our upcoming event, weโ€™re bringing playlists back, but this time we want to build one together. You donโ€™t have to be in the room to be part of the frequency. TAP THE LINK IN BIO + ADD YOUR SONG + TUNE IN ๐ŸŽง Art Girl Yoga is officially SOLD OUT ๐Ÿ‘€ โ€” comment your song below with a ticket emoji for a chance to join us. ๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ๐Ÿ’•โœจ by @tloui
Meet Art Girl @tloui ๐Ÿซง Haitian-American. New York raised. Boston-based. Artist, musician, creative + community builder. YT 200. lululemon Ambassador We knew we wanted to partner with Therlande on yoga. But at Art Girl Walk Club, our goal is create space for other women to lead + bring who they are into what we build together. So we sat down with Therlande to learn about her journey as an Art Girl + create something that felt unique to her. We learned that as a kid, Therlande loved making mixtapes. Sheโ€™d sit with her ear glued to the radio, waiting to catch her favorite songs so she could record them onto tapes. ๐ŸŽถ That little girl eventually grew up, went to Berklee + built a life where music is still part of how she moves through the world. And fun fact: she sings, too. ๐Ÿ‘€ Therlande isnโ€™t just leading yoga, she inspired the FREQUENCY & FLOW workshop โ€” an experience built around her inner childโ€™s love of making the perfect mix + the way she uses music to move today. On October 17, we get to step into her world. Therlande will lead us through yoga, then break down how she builds a playlist so you can create a soundtrack for your own movement. ๐ŸŽง๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธโœจ P.S. You can find her around the city โ€” teaching at @everydayisthersday & curating @sidepresents FREQUENCY & FLOW Yoga + Playlist Making lululemon Newbury St. Saturday, October 17 | 2โ€“6 PM Boston, MA Few Tickets available โ€” link in bio. by @tloui
