Run Your Race.

Truly grateful for the opportunity to speak on the “Navigating NIL” panel at the @bsasummit. What stood out most wasn’t just the conversation, but how engaged, intentional, and locked in the hundreds of student-athletes were throughout it all.

Being able to pour into the next generation of student-athletes and share knowledge is something I’ll never take for granted. taken in University of Oregon by @tlove_5

An actual birthday this year, turning “8” today (thank you, leap day) in the year 20”24”.

Being in LA has given me an even deeper respect for @kobebryant as I’ve directly witnessed the impact he’s had on people. With the past year I’ve had, I don’t think it’s a coincidence that I’m turning 8 in the year 24’, and lately, especially today, all I can think of is how I can continue to grow and positively impact people along this journey called life.

While this year has been tough both physically and emotionally, the one thing I’ve learned that I can control through the ups and the downs is my attitude through it all, control what you can control.

Cheers to another year of growth, gratitude, and positively impacting those around me 🎉. by @tlove_5
