What happens when your training connects you directly with the industry? 🎭 At TMA Collective we provide London-standard training right here in The Midlands, giving young performers access to high-quality industry training without having to get to London. TMA is about more than training. We’re passionate about creating opportunities for young performers and offering guidance, training and industry connections they need to take their next steps. Young talent can sometimes be overlooked simply because they haven’t had the right experiences yet. At TMA we’ve decided to change that. You’ll be mentored by established talent agents who represent performers across the UK, giving you first-hand industry insight, professional guidance and a deeper understanding of what it takes to work in the industry. It’s about developing your talent, building your confidence, understanding the industry and making sure young performers are given the opportunity to be seen, heard and taken seriously. ✨ Train like a professional. Be mentored by agents. Prepare for the industry. 📍 Leicester 🎭 London-standard training 🌎 Industry connections & global opportunities Ready to take your next step? From where we started to where we’re headed…what a journey it’s been ✨ In 2003 Stars Performing Arts was founded with one goal, creating opportunities for young performers to train, grow and thrive. Alongside it came the Stars Agency, giving students access to real professional opportunities from the very beginning. In 2017 @tuckermgmt was born, bringing together a dedicated team of agents and opening even more doors for performers ready to take the next step. By 2022, we recognised that something bigger was needed. A gap in London-quality, pre-professional training in the Midlands led to the launch of Tucker Arts, giving performers a kickstart to a career in the arts from a young age. Then came the summer MT productions… 💚 Wicked (2023) 💙 Dear Evan Hansen (2024) 🖤 The Addams Family (2025) Each one bigger and more ambitious than the last. And now… 2026 brings our next evolution. With the launch of TMA Collective, we’re creating a fully encompassing training-to-career pathway for performers, bringing together everything we’ve built over the years into one clear journey. We’re just getting started and 2026 is set to be our BIGGEST summer yet! 🔥 Our programme includes: ⚡️ West End masterclasses 📸 Spotlight-approved headshots 🎙 Studio recording sessions 🎥 Acting reel filming 🔥 A professionally shot Musical Theatre music video 🖤 Mentoring from our TM Agents & team …and so much more. ✨ Book now with £50 OFF using code: TMIG50 ⏰ Available throughout June only 🔗 @tma_collective | @tuckermgmt 📍 Leicester, Midlands ⚡️ PROgrammes for performers 🎬 Headshots | Showreel | Workshops 📲 Contact info in bio #musicaltheatretraining #talentagent #performingartstraining #agencyrepresented #midlandstheatre taken in Leicester, United Kingdom by @tma_collective

When we put a performer forward for a role, their Spotlight profile is only part of the picture. As both coaches and talent agents, we work closely with our performers and get to know them as people and performers. This means we can give casting teams genuine, first-hand insight into how they work, their strengths and what they can bring to a role ✨ From being confident on camera and quick to take direction, to being naturally expressive and engaging, these are the details we can speak to because we’ve seen them ourselves. It’s also why professionalism matters at every stage. You never know who is watching, who you may work with again, or where a positive impression could lead. We know our talent and shows, being able to put our rapport into every submission 🎬 🔗 @tma_collective | @tuckermgmt 📍 Leicester, Midlands ⚡️ PROgrammes for performers 🎬 Headshots | Showreel | Workshops 📲 Contact info in bio #tmacollective #spotlightprofile #tipsforperformers #castingtips #youngperformers taken in Leicester, United Kingdom by @tma_collective

Dance studio ASMR 🤌🏼 Sometimes you just can’t beat the sound of a dance class. The music, the footsteps, the counts, the corrections, everyone getting the routine (and the occasional wrong step 😂) A shoutout to @marthagimsonn for joining us and sharing her experience with our TMA performers ✨ 🔗 @tma_collective | @tuckermgmt 📍 Leicester, Midlands ⚡️ PROgrammes for performers 🎬 Headshots | Showreel | Workshops 📲 Contact info in bio #tma #dancetraining #youngdancers #musicaltheatre leicesterperformingarts taken in Leicester, United Kingdom by @tma_collective
