Your beard called management. It has two complaints.

First, it is being washed like a dish towel. Second, the follow-up conditioning plan appears to be “hope.”

Try this instead:

1. Wet the beard with lukewarm water.
2. Work Beard Wash through the hair and down to the skin.
3. Rinse thoroughly and towel dry until slightly damp.
4. Apply beard oil to the skin.
5. Finish with Leave-In Conditioner or Beard Butter through the hair.

Today is the day.

We began October at 880 orders and set a goal of reaching 1,000 by tonight. We are currently at 922—just 78 orders from the finish line.

Consistency becomes more important when the calendar gets crowded.

A good routine should not require perfect conditions, unlimited time, or fifteen products lined up across the counter. It should be clear enough to repeat on an ordinary Monday.

Wash. Oil. Condition. Style.

A few purposeful minutes will beat an occasional rescue mission every time.

Saturdays at the shop feel a little different.
