Words can’t fully describe what the last four days have meant to me.

Being part of SHE Weekend and spending time with Olympians, #FlavorFlav, MGM executives, sponsors, Delta, Flavor Flav’s family, and so many incredible members of the #LasVegas community was truly an unforgettable experience. Everyone came together to celebrate and honor our #TeamUSA gold medal Olympians, and it was inspiring to witness.

It was an honor to watch the athletes receive the recognition they deserve, to witness this historic celebration in Las Vegas, and to experience unforgettable moments like seeing Montell Jordan perform live for the first time and watching Public Enemy take the stage. Being there as history was made is something I’ll never forget.

The final day became even more special because it was also my birthday. Having the Olympians wish me a happy birthday is a memory I’ll treasure forever and one I can proudly cross off my bucket list.

A special thank you to Bonnie and her daughter, Briana, #Olympians, and Aris for spending time with me on my birthday, and to everyone else who made the day so meaningful. Your kindness and generosity made an already incredible experience even more memorable.

I also want to recognize the amazing women behind #SHEWeekend. Their vision, leadership, and dedication created something truly historic. Thank you to the entire team, management, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone who worked tirelessly to make this celebration possible.

This event proved that our female athletes deserve to be celebrated just as loudly for their dedication, sacrifice, and achievements. My hope is that next year this celebration grows even bigger—bringing together even more Team USA athletes, including gold, silver, and bronze medalists, so they can all receive the recognition and flowers they have earned.

Last week was incredible, and I’m still recovering from everything that happened at #SHEWeekend! The #Vegas heat was no joke, so I’ve been taking it easy—but every moment was absolutely worth it.

Today I’ll be sharing some of my favorite images from each day of SHE Weekend, from Wednesday through Saturday (July 15 - July 19). Some of these moments you may not have seen on the official SHE Weekend page, so you’ll get an exclusive look through my lens at the memories I had the honor of capturing.

I don’t usually post photos of myself across all of my pages, but today is a special day—it’s my #birthday.

I also don’t normally make a big deal about my birthday, but the first seven months of 2026 have been nothing short of incredible. It’s been a journey filled with growth, unforgettable experiences, and new opportunities.

Las Vegas is set to celebrate women’s sports in a big way as Flavor Flav hosts the inaugural SHE Weekend from July 16–19. The weekend will honor more than 100 Team USA Olympians and Paralympians with a lineup of exciting events, including a Las Vegas Strip parade, live entertainment, a free concert featuring Public Enemy, athlete appearances, networking events, and exclusive celebrations throughout the city. The festivities kick off Thursday evening with a parade ending at Toshiba Plaza, followed by a special proclamation and live performances.

If you’re in Las Vegas this weekend, expect an unforgettable celebration recognizing the incredible achievements of female athletes while bringing together sports, music, and the community.

Announcement Time! 🎉

I know some of you have been wondering where I’ve been the last few weeks. I’ve been taking some time to rest, recharge, and get everything organized. Between the Vegas heat and working behind the scenes, I’ve been preparing for what’s next.

Well… it’s finally time. Over the next few days, I’ll be back outside covering one of the biggest events happening in Las Vegas. I’ve been keeping it quiet, but this celebration is going to last three straight days, so get ready for a ton of photos, videos, interviews, and exclusive behind-the-scenes content.

I’ll be posting throughout the events, especially on my Instagram Stories, and I’m working on getting TME News Snapchat back up and running.

One thing I realized last night is how small this world really is. You truly never know who you’re going to meet or reconnect with.

That’s one reason I don’t like tearing people down publicly. The person you’re talking about today could be someone you’re standing next to tomorrow. In this industry, those moments happen all the time.

Instagram has quietly rolled out some new features that you may not have noticed yet, and I wanted to point them out.

One of the biggest changes is that you can now give a thumbs down to comments on posts. There’s also a new option to add multiple captions to a single photo or video post—I believe you can add up to 20.

I haven’t seen many people talking about these updates, so I wanted to make a quick Reel explaining what’s new and how these features work.

At the same time, some older Instagram features are still experiencing glitches and engagement issues. I talked about those problems the other day because the analytics and overall engagement still don’t seem to be functioning the way they should.

These are just some of the latest updates I’ve noticed. There are probably even more features being tested behind the scenes. If you’ve spotted any new Instagram changes, drop them in the comments—I’d love to hear what you’ve found.
