6e0e0f Week 1 skill: translate 5a5e0f

When someone says Its broken, thats not a problem you can fix yet.
Its a problem you have to translate first.

These 3 questions do it every time:
1) What exactly happens when you try?
2) When did it last work?
3) What changed since then?

Thats the first real IT skill.
Not fixing things.
Asking the right questions until the fix becomes obvious.
