There are levels to this game. You can’t skip the student phase to get to the teacher phase. You can’t rush the assistant role to get to the lead role.#DanceIndustry #ChoreographerLife #CreativeDirector #DanceCareer by @tmtalkss

The secret to a long career isn’t learning every routine—it’s mastering the basics so well that you can learn any routine in 10 minutes. 🗝️#DancerLife #ProfessionalDancer #DanceTips #DanceFundamentals #VersatileDancer by @tmtalkss

Reps before results. We show up, we mess up, we figure it out and we do it again until it’s right. That’s what artist development actually looks like behind the camera. 🎥

How do you become a Choreographer? You assist one first. You learn the math behind the magic. You watch how they block 40 dancers in 20 minutes. You see how they talk to producers and how they adapt when a dancer gets injured. It’s a masterclass in leadership, timing, and creativity. If you want to call the shots, you have to know what it takes to support the one who does. Grateful for every 16-count I’ve written in the shadows. Ready for the main stage now. Let’s work. 🧠✨
