What matters most to you when choosing a family doctor, nurse practitioner, or primary care clinic?

Students at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) are conducting a short survey to better understand community perspectives on accessing primary care and what influences people's decisions when choosing where to receive care.

Takes approximately 2 minutes to complete. Open to everyone, whether or not you have a family doctor or nurse practitioner.

All responses are anonymous
Your feedback will help inform efforts to improve access and enrollment to primary care in the Brampton community.

Our team had a wonderful time connecting with families at the Brampton Soccer Centre, sharing information about the services available at the TMU Integrated Health Centre and engaging in meaningful conversations about preventive healthcare and primary care.

Community events like these provide an opportunity to build relationships, answer questions, and make healthcare more accessible in the places where people live, learn, and play.

During their visit to the TMU-IHC, we had the opportunity to come together with the Centre for Grief and Healing and Lighthouse for Grieving Children and capture this special video.

As the TMU-IHC supports our community by providing primary care services, we value opportunities to connect with organizations that provide specialized grief support for children, youth, and families.
