Super proud of this one today @kris_munroe is officially juried in as a member of the Northshore Arts Association. Kris works super hard at this and I’m so proud that all the hard work has paid off!! You must submit 5 of the same style work and there are 7 jurors of which 5 must agree. Again, sooo proud of my wife’s accomplishment! #northshoreartsassociation #oilpainting by @tmunroe22
Not bad I got 2.5 sessions then I had a power steering hose problem. The car is fast, the brakes are great and it sticks. I was probably 65-70% today because I knew neither the car or the track. @joshanthony10 took me for a ride and that helped a lot. Good shake out and I’m looking forward to next time. #protouring by @tmunroe22
Let’s gooo! First time on track for the Pro Touring Nova. I have no idea how this car will drive. 6 years in the making! @clubmotorsports seems to be a great track. With my race experience they put me in group one…..not today thanks, I’ll take group 2. Welded a couple downturns on the exhaust because I’m nervous about the noise level of this car. #hpde #protouring by @tmunroe22
Catching up on a great day last Sunday. What a ride and what a day. @munroevelo put on the best ride with the Cider Donut 100. Great people that pushed me all day. I’m so grateful to be able to ride with all these guys, especially my two sons @jrmunroe135 and @tylers_doing_things @j_ferrante also kept me company all day. My wonderful daughter @kaileymunroe dropped in for a special appearance as well!! This kid and this shop is such a great scene all these rides and tons of happy people!! Special day to be with all my grandkids and my two wonderful daughter in-laws @jolelikepole and @catherinewmunroe ! What a day!! by @tmunroe22
Let’s gooo. This is where all the cool kids are today @munroevelo Cider Donut 100. Great tour of the mixed North Shore! by @tmunroe22
Well well look what I found today while in Bermuda. Great race 54 mile, super punchy all day. There were 80 starters and if you did not make the split you were in the social group. I started thinking the social group would be fine, but I got sucked in. I took it easy all day and pulled only when asked to as I was with young dudes. In the end I got beat by 30 seconds by a local 69 year old guy as I made it over the final climb but got gapped on the downhill. Happy I made the timed group on this race! Police escort the whole way! I will be back. 27th sound way back but I was in it and had to use every bike race trick I know! Fast guys down here! I think I could have done better if not on vacation hahah Welcome to the Bermuda bike scene @munroevelo #bermuda #bicycleracing #munroevelo by @tmunroe22
Here is my first milling machine project. Seat rails for my Nova. So much fun doing this stuff! Not perfect but good for me! So nice to have holes exactly in the middle and exactly spaced from one another! #protouring #milling by @tmunroe22
Landmine in the books. Dry and fast at first then nasty rain and slippery the last 2/3. Got the win in the 65+ not sure how many 60s I caught. Mad a couple mistakes but recovered. Thanks @munroevelo for the great bike preparation as usual. Next up VT50 in two weeks by @tmunroe22
Another day, another race. Going to be a wet one! by @tmunroe22
Me and my girl happy end of Summer! by @tmunroe22
Shenandoha 100 in the books. I made a goal of mid field in the 50+ race. I made it. I wish they had a 60+ class as I would have won. Long long day on the Mtn bike. Went pretty well over all, I did have one incident but was ok. The new bike was flawless , however I was a little tentative on the wet slipper downhills as I do not fully know the bike yet. I had horrible eyes all day and kept hitting things I should have looked past. Very happy with my result and even more happy to have it behind me!.? by @tmunroe22
Here we go! Just want to get it done to be honest! by @tmunroe22
