Le sue parole riprendono un vecchio canto dedicato all’anarchico Sante Caserio, trasformandolo in un inno partigiano contro la dittatura e la paura.

when @tobiasmassimo first sang me the words to please let me go, I immediately knew it was one of those songs that seem like they had existed forever, one of those lyrics you write down in a handful of minutes because truth keeps pouring out of you. it was similar with the harmonies, with the chords almost writing themselves.

It's a touching poem about trying to find closure, being unable to move on without having an answer – and sometimes, deep down, not wanting to.

As November rolls around the corner I felt it was appropriate to post this.

Back at Home Blues is about that feeling you get when you return to your “normal life” after an exciting experience and, as the excitement wears off, you can’t help but feel somehow purposeless. Like you’re stuck in a routine that doesn’t feel like you’re going anywhere.

I guess alienation is the word. Whether you have a job that is not nurturing the soul in any way, or whether you’re unemployed like I was back then, sometimes you go on for weeks and months without ever really feeling alive.

Today marks the two year anniversary of me writing down the lyrics to this song at the platform after getting back from a tour with my boys in @deadlikejuliet.

Enrosatura combines elements of Folk, Blues, Soul and Rock with a certain vintage edge, and is all about celebrating the human condition in all of its aspects.

Enrosatura believes in the unifying potential of music, believes in l'art pour l'art, while at the same time reminding you that it's worth to fight for what you believe in—in personal life as well as in political discourse.

After years, the project returns with full intent to stay.
It's good to be back, everyone ♥️

On 24/04 I will have the pleasure to play an acoustic set at @replugged.vienna for Fremdklang's Italian poetry slam. 🇮🇹

One year ago I made a promise to myself: that I would finally overcome my shame and 'release' anything, in whatever form, by the end of 2024. To cross the line between keeping it all to myself and putting myself out there, even if only in front of my friends.
It's been nine years since I last released a song I'd written, before getting lost in a maze of depression and self doubt, feeling like I had nothing to say or to give, like it would never be enough.
But as time passed and I slowly began to heal, it became increasingly clear that music is, in fact, what I want to do in life. Still having to overcome the threshold of overthinking, I experimented with a different approach in songwriting: to take the first thing that works, however basic it may seem to me, and put emphasis on actually finishing a song and flesh out the details later.
So with the help and constant encouragement of the people closest to me, especially @tobiasmassimo and @alesssss2097 , I finally managed, as is typical with me, just in time.

Here's to keeping promises to yourself.
Here's to Coming Back In Style.
