🧠⚽ THE MENTAL GAME | EPISODE 2
Can You Train Your Mind to Perform?

Some athletes are naturally confident, focused, or better equipped to handle pressure. For others, those skills don't come as easily. But just like physical skills, mental skills can be developed through training and practice.

In Episode 2 of The Mental Game, we continue our series with White House Sport Psychology and explore how every athlete is different, how mental training can help overcome challenges, and why an athlete's environment, both on and off the field, plays an important role in their confidence, mindset, and performance.

💡 Natural ability matters, but it doesn't have to define an athlete's potential.
