‘ Exactly Like You ‘

Canvas 30” x 40”

Acrylic / Spray paint

🌀Available For Purchase 🌀

My earliest memory of understanding how everything living in the universe is connected, was when I had my first pet, a Cat. I was 16 years old, and was starting to see the true colors of America.

Crimes against people of color were happening almost every day on the news, and it seems like being a black boy, some of the hurt I experienced through racism was only going to get worse.

This made me extremely depressed, and I spent about 3 weeks In my room with my cat. During this time I searched the web for everything. I did an independent study of philosophy, quantum physics, religion, psychology, etc. I wanted to answer questions like, “why are we here, and what is our purpose “

I would spend nights getting little to no sleep just going deeper into different theory’s. And deeper into understanding myself in the process.

But out of all the things I researched and learned, having my cat with me in that time was my biggest teacher. I gained a bond and understanding that was past verbal. teachings so primitive and ancient it answered my questions and so much more.

Cats are fascinating. Everything about them from the way they evolved, perfectly to be the number 1 land animal. To the way they communicate, completely nonverbal (obviously) but almost energetically is truly remarkable.

I learned more about myself and us as a species than I ever did from anything else. I chose to name this piece ‘ Exactly like you ‘ because of the synchronicity, I I experienced between me and my cat who effortlessly taught me deep lessons about myself and the universe.

Thank you for reading I love you so much ❤️🫶🏾

‘ Free From the Normal‘

Canvas 24x24’

Acrylic / paint pens / spray paint

‼️SOLD‼️

I recently have been thinking about having a positive mindset and what that means. I’ve been looking at things that are conventionally “good” or “bad” and approaching them with the mindset that nothing is either good or bad, but just is. This piece represents that narrative, that things just are. They are neither good or bad. What do you think?

‘ I Think Therefore I Am ‘

Acrylic paint on stretched canvas

24in x 24in / 60.9 cm x 60.9 cm

🌀 Available For Purchase 🌀

“I Think Therefore I Am” is a visual meditation on the immense power of our thoughts. Inspired by Descartes’ famous declaration, this piece explores how our internal beliefs shape the world around us. The bold, looping arrows between “I THINK” and “I AM” emphasize the cyclical relationship between thought and identity—what we tell ourselves becomes who we are. The electric lines and molecular symbols scattered throughout represent the neurological and spiritual charge behind our inner dialogue.

This painting invites the viewer to consider: what if your reality is simply a reflection of what you choose to believe? The abstract face at the center suggets a universal mind—vulnerable yet potent, shaped by patterns, symbols, and energies that flow in and out of it. The jagged strokes, layered greens, and chaotic markings show that thoughts aren’t always calm or clear, but they can still hold the power to guide, disrupt, or elevate us depending on how we engage with them.

At its core, this piece is a reminder: we’re the authors of our experience. If we can harness our thoughts—steer them with intention and awareness—we begin to shift our lives. “I Think Therefore I Am” is not just a statement of existence, but a call to consciously create that existence from the inside out. Thank you so so much for reading❤️❤️

‘ Flight Of Light ‘

Acrylic on Canvas, 2024

‼️ SOLD ‼️

This art piece is a commission artpiece inspired by a collector’s request to capture the beauty of a butterfly. I took their vision and brought it to life with an abstract twist. I tend to jump around a little with style choice but always enjoy going back to creating abstract artwork. Had a blast making this, but what do you guys think? taken in Miami, Florida by @to.repel.ghosts

‘ Pursuit ‘

Acrylic paint on Canvas, 2024

30in x 40in

🌀 Available for Purchase 🌀

This painting explores the dynamic between the “hunter” and the “hunted”, represented by a rabbit and a man. The rabbit, traditionally seen as prey, embodies fragility and vulnerability, while the man, the hunter, represents power and control.

The concept that the hunter also carries some of the prey within him challenges the conventional roles. Highlighting the deeper layer of internal conflict, where the hunter, while in pursuit of the rabbit, is also grappling with his own vulnerability.

The portrayal of the hunter as someone who carries the very thing he seeks to dominate, blurs the boundaries between power and vulnerability- between aggressor and victim. The pursuit of the rabbit is not just a physical hunt but also an internal journey, where the hunter is chasing peace and resolution within himself. Through this exploration, the painting reflects on the duality of our own nature, the constant interplay of strength and fragility in the human experience. But what do you think?

As always. I love you so much and thanks for reading❤️

‘ Our Mother, who Art In Nature ‘

36 in x 48 in

Acrylic, Spray paint on Stretched Canvas ‘2024

‼️SOLD ‼️

In my latest painting, I explore the vibrant interplay of colors with a striking background of rich reds, oranges, and pinks. This fiery canvas serves as the backdrop for a quartet of flowers, each unique in its hue: a delicate pink, a deep purple, a calming blue, and a soft lighter blue. These blooms stand tall, their roots reaching deep into the earth, symbolizing a connection between the vibrant surface and the unseen, nurturing roots beneath.

The ground itself is a tapestry of abstract colors, weaving together shades of red and yellow. Amidst this vivid landscape, the words “Our Mother Who Art in Nature” emerge, offering a fresh perspective on the traditional biblical verse “Our Father Who Art in Heaven.” This play on words blends spirituality with the natural world, inviting viewers to reflect on the beauty and depth of creation, both above and below the surface.

I love doing abstract paintings with deep meanings. What do you guys think?

‘ Introduction to Violence ‘

Acrylic paint, Paint markers on stretched Canvas

20in x 24in

🥳 ‼️ SOLD ‼️🥳

Exploring the dynamics of youth and maturity in my latest painting. In the foreground, two younger dogs engage in a playful yet intense fight, capturing the exuberance and energy of youth. Meanwhile, three older dogs observe from above, their black silhouettes against a striking red backdrop, adorned with gold chains symbolizing authority and experience.

beneath the surface, there’s a deeper narrative at play. The introduction of violence amidst the youthful play hints at the complexities of growing up, as societal expectations and power dynamics come into focus. As the younger dogs grapple with each other, the watchful gaze of the older dogs serves as a reminder of the wisdom gained from experience, while also raising questions about the role of authority in shaping the trajectory of youth. My painting invites reflection on the passage of time, the interplay between freedom and constraint, and the subtle introduction of life’s harsh realities to the innocence of youth.
Thank you for reading and I hope you’re having an amazing day ! 🫶🏾✨

“Father Melancholy‘s Daughter”

20in x 24in / 50.8 x 60.9 cm

Acrylic paint on stretched canvas

🌀Available For Purchase 🌀

Entitled ‘Father Melancholy‘s Daughter,’ this thought-provoking painting delves into the complexities of familial discord and its profound impact on the concept of home. At first glance, the canvas appears divided, with one side engulfed in darkness, starkly contrasted by the opposing side adorned with a black outline of a house. The striking juxtaposition is further accentuated by the poignant words emblazoned in white on the black side of the canvas: ‘Not every part of the home can be eaten.’ Amidst the both sides of the divided canvas, a splash of pink emerges, representing the tender and vulnerable aspects of familial relationships often obscured by conflict and strife. Behind the black outline of the house, the pink interior resembles the inner sanctum of a stomach, symbolizing the visceral nature of familial ties and the emotional nourishment required for a harmonious home.

As You immerse yourself in the painting’s narrative, you are invited to contemplate the profound message it conveys. Through the symbolism of contrasting colors and evocative text, ‘Father Melancholy‘s Daughter’ prompts introspection on the detrimental effects of familial conflict. Ultimately, this compelling artwork serves as a poignant reminder of the importance of acknowledging and nurturing the delicate bonds that unite families, even amidst the darkness of discord.

“ Cerebral Constraints “

36in x 48in / 91.4cm x 121.9cm

Acrylic and spray paint on Stretched Canvas

‼️ SOLD ‼️

In this captivating painting, three figures find themselves entangled within the confines of a metaphorical box at the heart of the canvas. The central theme explores the intricacies of mental entrapment, symbolizing the notion that true captivity often resides within the recesses of the mind. Two of the individuals are vividly depicted in vibrant colors, representing the facets of life and experience that are fully embraced and lived. In contrast, the third figure exists in white/grayscale with slight markings of tan, signifying a muted existence overshadowed by the mental constraints portrayed in the artwork.

As the eye navigates the canvas, the viewer is drawn into the intricate details that convey the psychological struggles these figures face. The entwined bodies and expressions subtly reflect the complexity of mental captivity, emphasizing that the truest traps are those created within the confines of one’s own thoughts. This thought-provoking composition encourages contemplation on the intangible barriers we construct in our minds and challenges the viewer to question the nature of their own mental constraints.

This piece was also inspired by a quote I heard awhile back “The gates of hell are locked from the inside” Thank you for reading I love you so much ❤️
