Today’s post is a little different from my usual ones.

Thank you so much for your friendship, support, and kindness. And thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the warm messages and comforting words you have sent me during this difficult time.

Since losing my mother, I have been carrying a deep sadness and a strong sense of loss. It feels as though a part of me is missing. But your kind messages have truly touched my heart and brought me comfort.

For two and a half years, I cared for my mother at home while she lived with ALS. If you are caring for a loved one with ALS, please know that you are not alone. If it would be helpful, please feel free to reach out to me anytime—I would be glad to share my experience, listen, or offer any support I can.

I wanted to write this post to thank all of you, and also to send my love and heartfelt support to everyone who is facing this disease alongside their loved ones.
