In 2020 I was making vegan pop tarts in my driveway in Portland, just trying to make people smile. I did not have a plan. All I had a folding table and nothing to lose (the OGs remember that table 🫣)

I’ve eaten more reese’s pumpkins in my life than I’d like to admit, so naturally I made my own 🙌🏻

sorry. the box ones had a good run.

soft cookie dough filling, chocolate chips, and a crust that actually tastes like something 😅 pro tip: freeze them before baking and the middle comes out extra gooey 🤤
