Post @tatamummarathon ritual: heavy food, cold ice cream, and endless banter about the race. That look of pure relief and calm on our faces? That’s exactly why we run. 🏃‍♂️🍦

As the @tatamumbaimarathon prep comes to an end, I’m taking a moment to imbibe everything we’ve built. It wasn’t just about the miles—it was about the struggle, the shared effort, and the way this group showed up for each other every single day. 🤝❤️

Running is tough, but it’s also the most fun I’ve ever had. It’s a weird dichotomy that only makes sense when you’re surrounded by a crew of like-minded, "crazy" friends. 🏃‍♂️💨
Closing out the final bits of @tatamummarathon prep with the best company. Keeping it ez ez .. keeping it focused.

Proof that growing older is biological, but growing up is optional 😉. Post long run push up challenge.
Thanks @getfitwith_anuj for capturing the moment.

This was a powerful run..so the background track had to be Dhurandhar 😀. Running is fun when you have your gang with you. This was a hill run session.
Thanks @42kmstore for the Cadence tshirt featured here.

The TCS World 10K finisher tee is only for the top 1000 and for the 3rd year in a row, multiple runners from our group brought it home.

We don’t just love running, we love the time before it, after it, and everything in between! 😄
Today wrapped up with a barefoot walk post-run, followed by some fun push-up challenges.
That’s how running should feel ..free, playful, and full of joy!
