Who's shooting on Saturday?

“Which ones do you want?”

That question used to come back as a text message with eight screenshots, or a spreadsheet of filenames, or nothing at all for three weeks.

Your client now marks favourites in the gallery itself — a heart on the photo, a count at the top, one tap to see only those. Each person's favourites are their own, so a bride and her mother can work through the same gallery without overwriting each other.

The shortlist lives where the photographs are.

Not everyone on your team needs to know what the wedding sold for.

One switch in your workspace settings. Turn money off and only workspace admins see revenue, order totals and per-photo prices. Everyone else — your second shooter, your contractor, whoever is covering the office — gets the rest of the app without the money.

It does not hide prices on a public gallery page; anyone with the link can read those. Inside the workspace, it is admins only.

Your numbers are your business.

The wedding moves. It always moves.

Your second shooter's access is not a date somebody typed in. It is set to follow the shoot itself. Move the job to the following Saturday and their access moves with it.

Nothing to backfill. Nothing to remember. Nobody locked out on the morning of a shoot, phoning you from a car park.

This is the part that sounds small until it has happened to you.

Five ways to sell one shoot, set per shoot.

Three ways to gate it: watermarked, and the client pays to unlock. One flat fee for the whole set. Or pre-paid — the money already happened elsewhere, so the gallery is pure delivery. No watermark, no checkout, no prompt to buy something the client already owns.

Two switches on top: à-la-carte per-photo pricing, and group purchasing.

The group setting also tells you when not to use it — leave it off for weddings and any shoot where the customers aren't one party.

Expiry and preview quality override per shoot too, so one job can never expire while the next one closes in fourteen days.

Seven shoots. Seven different configurations. One screen.

Watermarked and pay-to-unlock. Flat fee plus group purchasing. Group on its own. A pre-paid contract where the money already happened elsewhere. One that never expires, one already expired.

Each row carries its item count, its storage, and its closing date if it has one.

A studio doesn't choose a business model once. It chooses one per job — the school day rate isn't the wedding rate isn't the corporate contract — and the shoot list is where that shows.
