• First & Foremost, ALL GLORY TO GOD. 🙏🏽👆🏽
It’s a blessing I’m able to do what I absolutely love, every single second of my life and display it on these stages. 🏆
.
• I want to than @npcnewsonlineofficialpage @bevsgym and the entire judging staff for the endless hours they put in to make sure that day is what it is for us. 🙏🏽 this was by far the biggest show I’ve ever been in w/ 30+ of the best in the country. 😮‍💨
.
• I want to thank my one of a kind wife, @krisfit___ and beyond perfect daughters for spending a week in the airport more than anywhere else 🥲 our trip was everything BUT what we planned but still had endless laughs, prayers and fun. Y’all are everything and more. 🫶🏽❤️
.
• I want to thank my coach @dinoestrada14 ! He was by our side every minute of the day and everyday of this prep. This was by far my absolute best on stage and he made it 10x easier for me to reach. Just our beginning, can’t wait to see where we go from here. ✊🏽 Whole team he took was in first callouts and @level_up_physiques was able to join the big league 🏆 Just a matter of when for the others. 😈😈🧬
.
• A huge thank you to @gilcoproductions for capturing these moments that’ll live forever, always makes my day when I get a message from him lol. Dude doesn’t miss (I wish he missed that stumble in the beginning 💀.) Can’t wait for the next one. Sooner than y’all think! 📽️
.
• A HUGE Thank you to EVERYONE who messaged, called and DM’d me. It means absolutely everything to me. Y’all are what make me go when I think my tank is on empty. You all get me up and going when everything’s telling me to stop. 🙏🏽
.
• And finally, a huge thank@you to @chulastylz_ for putting nothing short of the best out and allowing us to shine up there. 💫
.

.
• After 3 Preps in 10 months, this has been the longest I’ve stepped away from the sport. Anyone in this knows how much it takes for it and takes away from everywhere else.

• I had quite the catching up to do in all the other areas in my life. Finally getting back in my groove and feeling this come to me again. 🤘

I love you more than you’ll ever be able to comprehend. You deserve more than anything this world has to offer but, I’ll spend my life trying. ♾️

• 8 Years ago in 2018, at the age of 21, my life changed forever. 🍳
.
• As I sat on a curb, waiting for my uber, I found myself staring at an empty, three story building in downtown San Angelo, Texas. The sign covered the glass front, “For Sale.” I thought, “This would be so perfect for a training studio.” I (in a very drunk manner) walked over to the building and gazed inside. Instantly, I envisioned a studio, like a TV being turned on for the first time, it was all right there in front of me. I stepped back, took a few photos and stumbled to my Uber. Now, if you know me, you know I’m not a partying or drinking man, I probably had enough drinks to make a 90lb girl dizzy and that was enough for me lol. Nights that I went out, I always had a guilty feeling. Like I needed to be anywhere else in the world but there. That was God reaching me.. that night he saved me.
.
• When I awoke the next morning, I pulled my phone out and stared at the number from the, “For Sale” sign. My pregnant wife rolls over and asks, “how was your night out w/ the boys?” I could only reply, “I’m going to call this number and talk the owner into renting this building instead of selling it.”
.
• You see, when a calling from God happens, you know. I can’t explain it, I couldn’t even tell you what to expect and I’ve felt that four times in my life. When I asked God about marrying my wife, when I asked God about our now gym, our energy drink and now our restaurant. It’s the most beautiful and powerful feeling I’ve ever felt. When that happens, I know that God is with me and nothing can be against me. I know that it is his will and not mine.
.
• I constantly get asked, how my wife and I been together for 15yrs, had 3 kids young, opened our businesses, body build, train/coach hundreds a year, travel and balance life everyday in my 20’s. There’s only one answer to a question like that.. it’s not my work. This life was planned out far before I existed. God has a purpose for every single person. I have 0 doubt in my mind that I am fulfilling my purpose here on earth. I wake up and fall asleep with nothing but confidence, happiness, and a drive taken in The Yoked Factory Facility & Training by @toby__hernandez
